TNTCarports/TNT Barns review: Barn

I ordered a Barn with Sheila in June of 2021, she said it would take 6 to 10 weeks, after 3 mos no barn or call, so I called Sheila and cancelled the barn because it was ready to snow here and I knew they'd put me off til spring. Sheila told me she would cancel the barn and send me my refund of $2124.75, by December no refund, I called Sheila and she said she had processed it before Christmas.

By January no check, and everytime I call no answer, I finally got ahold of SHEILA and she told me that Sara in accounts payable was handling it, that was in February, everytime I'd call, no answer, well I finally got ahold of Sara and she said she had sent me a check, that was in April, well now it's May and I have not received any check and nobody will answer the phone.

In the begining I cancelled the barn because the had breeched their contract of 6 to 10 week install, now I need that refund, I'm a 100% medically disabled Vietnam Veteran, and my wife has contracted Alzheimers and am in need of that money to help with my wife's care, THIS CAN ALL BE VERIFIED

and nobody will answer my call or refund my deposit as they said they would,

I would say to other people, check out other Manufactures with a better name and references. These people are no better then the President in keeping their word! They won't even return my call and I call almost every day.
