Titlemax / TMX Finance review: Stole my car damaged it and items stolen from it

Gwen bullington with tmx savanah not only said no to making right what they did wrong but said that they didn't know better. Well I can prove that they not only knew but they don't care they stole my car damaged it or that my stuff was stolen out of it. I bought my car from a auction I had it almost two year and then one night it was stolen out of my mothers yard. A police report was file and I even had the company where I bought it at auction help me we finally tracked it down and was told it had been repo well I owned my car free and clear there was no lien holder I had never pawed my title and didn't owe title max no money. They say they didn't know that it had been impounded and a court order to sale it was given and that that is how I came to own it. Well they did not ony did they get not one but two certified letters from the tow company they got one from the court as well. They also had sent someone to the tow yard to pick it up and they choice not to because they didn't want to pay the bill. How is it my flaunt and why should I have to pay for someone else mistakes. I want the cost to replace my car seeing how it was damaged due to title max failure to do there job and paper work I want the cost to replace the items stolen out of my car and I want monetary damage for the undue stress that has been caused to to title max mistake if I cant get someone to make this right I have no problem taking you to court and not small claims either I will flat out go for the legal amount the state will allow me. I am the victim why should I have to pay for title mac mistake. Tmx dba title max needs to make right what they did wrong.
