Titlemax / TMX FinanceService: change in policy

I took out a Title loan with Titlemax 3 months ago. I was told that they would call me when the payment was due and process the payment over the phone. Tonight I received a call at 7 pm and the caller said my payment was due today. I said that's fine but 7 pm is pretty late to be calling. She said that they have an automated system now that calls. I said I haven't received any calls, and that this is a change in our agreement and I was not notified. Then it occurred to me that my ATT protection plan has notified me in the past few days that I was receiving a call label potential spam. I am pretty sure that it was a computer generated call from Titlemax. This whole episode demonstrates to me very poor customer service and a total lack in professionalism. Really I guess I shouldn't be surprised when dealing with a loan shark.
