Titlemax / TMX Finance review: rude employees

I am late with my loan payment and understand people have to do their jobs and could care less about your personal problems. I get that but when a store manager is calling your job and hanging up and you dial *69 its their cell number I suppose and you have already spoken with someone in the office and told them you would make a payment on a certain day and they enter it in the computer why should you still be harrassed? If I lose my job then you really won't be getting paid. Then to top it all off because they have been so rude to me I called for the district managers number and the corporate office they hang up in my face! I called back thinking we were disconnected and they did it again and Im like oh my is this how customers are supposed to be treated? No! Not at all.
