Greetings, I have ordered porch furniture from this company on October 24, 2022. I have reached out to the company numerous times for status updates, and they keep informing me that it has been delivered to my post office. There is no package left at the post officer (five-piece porch furniture). I asked them to reimburse me and they keep telling me to check with the post office.
