Time Shares Only review: Fee to list and sell timeshare

I own an Orange Lake Resorts time share. In an effort to get away from the rising costs of maintenance and ongoing additional charges of trying to reserve a date to use the property, I turned to Time Shares Only to help me sell.

On Feb 2021 I paid them a fee of $699 to list my property. It was a "great time to sell" they stated.

Well one year later and ZERO interest in my property, no correspondence whatsoever from Time Shares Only. I have come to the realization that the only scam worse than time shares are companies like Time Shares Only, talking it up they will move your time share, knowing it goes on their website site with 1000s of other listings and will probably never get noticed. What a ripoff!
