Time Rewards review: Complaint

Unauthorised payments have been taken from my bank account. I have received no acknowledgment of membership. I have sent emails but received no reply as yet. I had exactly the same complaint with Complete Savings. This has been resolved. Complete Savings have cancelled membership and will refund the outstanding payments. therefor this has been solved. Regarding Time Rewards this is still ongoing. I trust that Complaints Board will solve this complaint also.
