Tiktok review: ¡Im complaining about you TikTok!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention the misconduct and violations of my rights by TikTok, a social media platform, which has severely impacted my ability to exercise my freedom of speech, press, and advocacy in the United States of America.

TikTok's oppressive actions have resulted in the loss of several accounts and thousands upon thousands of followers, hindering my advocacy efforts during the presidential campaigns for both President Donald J. Trump in 2024 and Mr. Roque Espaillat and Yadira Marte in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, TikTok's unwarranted banning and removal of my content has caused me to lose followers while advocating for various causes, including supporting Dominican families affected by violent crimes and government corruption.

Furthermore, despite my efforts to report criminal activities on the platform, such as terrorism, bullying, harassment, threats, insults, and gender abuse, TikTok has continuously ignored and dismissed my reports, thereby failing to address and prevent such harmful behavior.

It is evident that TikTok's actions violate American laws and infringe upon my constitutional rights to freedom of speech. President Trump's Executive Order 14149, "Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship," emphasizes the importance of promoting free speech and preventing censorship, aligning with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

I am demanding for the last time that TikTok ceases its harassment and discrimination against me. I am giving TikTok 72 hours to rectify this issue, failing which I will take legal action and escalate this matter to the White House, as well as prominent media outlets including Fox News, NBC, Telemundo, and Univisión. The email accounts associated with my TikTok accounts that have been affected by TikTok's abuse of power are [protected]@hotmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, and [protected]@hotmail.com (username: rdjojo001).

It is imperative that TikTok respects American laws and upholds the rights of its users. Any further disregard for these rights will not be tolerated.
