TicketsOnSale review: Concert tockets

I purchased tickets ($591) with insurance ($58) on Feb 5, 2026 for event in May. Didn’t realize Ticketsonsale was not the seller. They are just the go between. I used my PayPal credit card. I received the link for tickets to which i replied that I have received the link. I then tried to transfer tickets. Didn’t work. I emailed Ticketsonsale for help. We went back and forth for a few days and still wasn’t able to transfer tickets. Afterwards I realize Ticketsonsale and Anargyros Gianakakos (seller) are involved in a fraud scam according to multiple folks online for the same issue as me. I went to PayPal for help and was denied. Seller showed them documents that they sent me what was promised. That I paid and that was enough for PayPal/ synchrony. Please, please never do business with Ticketsonsale and don’t believe PayPal will have your back because they won’t. Even when you show them all your emails saying you can’t transfer tickets, they won’t go after seller for fraud.
