Tibanefontein Cashbuild review: Refund for being overcharged

Dear sir or madam

On the 12 october 2023, I send my son yo go and buy the roofing staff, he bought everything what we ask him to buy, but unfortunately the lady who was helping him she overcharged him, and he was using my sister's cash build card, when he told the let what she did, she told him they won't be able to refund the money from the card, what he must do he must ask anyone who is buying with cash by the amount she overcharged him, so he can take the money and they will charged that person he found, so according to her my son will go to tibane everyday to find that person, and if he didn't find anyone by the of the month it will expired, and we will loose that money she overcharged, so please I am asking the refund I will also sendyou the proof of payment
