Thorntons Refreshing Rewards review: Earnify program

Howdy; name is Hank, I've been using services at store #618 since they've opened ,been receiving from .10c -.26c off randomly through my account, however since you all changed to the EARNIFY REWARDS system, 1st formost was to receive 30c off for 5 fillups but only received that for 3 fill ups? then now only receiving 5c off p gal.? However when I use other Thornton stores still receive my 10c-25c discount through my app. + every time I use my card your pump deducts $1 additional which takes away my discount? If EARNIFY only giving 5c p. gal.,I will no longer use store #618 cause I'm paying full price whereas I can receive discounts at other stores who honor the original discount program.
