Whom it may concern; We purchased a Brand New 2023 Thor motor coach class A in April 0f 2023. Our frist 500 miles were back ond forth th the dealer to have things fixed. We have spent $2080.00 for a storage unit that this unit has yet to see the inside of. We were albe to take 3 trips in the fall scheduling around repairs being done. After each trip we came back with more issues with our new coach due to defect in workmanship. The flooring has been ripped by both slide outs. One on the drivers side behind the drivers seat. The second one is next to the refrigerator from the passenger slide. We have been battling with Thor over a proper fix. The warranty Department at Thor Is wanting to take short cuts in the proper repair of our new Coach. This is completely unacceptable to us. This Coach retailed at $225,00.00 and for Thor to not stand behind its products in unacceptable. We asked the dealer to send the coach back to the factory and have the floor replaced. The coach was sent back to Thor in Wakarusa Indiana Jan 2024 per our request. My wife and I drove 4 hours to Wakarusa to meet with the service team about all the repairs that need done. (List too long to list here). The 2 main repairs needed are the floor and the big bubble in the roof. Thor wants to just patch the floor. This is unacceptable especially with one of the areas is in a high traffic area. We want the floor replaced. We paid for a unit with a good floor. A patch will not last and when it gives out it will be out of warranty and we will have to foot the cost of replacing the floor. I was tlod by Thor they will not spend 30 hours putting in a new floor. This is a horrible way to fix a floor, and unacceptable to us. Thor needs to warranty to have the flooring completely removed and a new floor laid down, once the slide outs are repaired. They are also telling me that the bubble in the roof is normal. Im sorry a bubble that is about 2 to 3 inches wide and about 3 ft long and stands up off the roof about 1 to 1 1/2 inches is not normal. Thor needs to authorize these repairs to be done correctly or cut us a check and take the unit back, and we will go by another brand of coach that stands behind the product. Thor should also reimburse us for storage @$2080.00 and the time we have not been able to use our coach. Thank you for looking into this matter for us. This Coach is still at the factory in Wakarusa Indiana.

Claimed loss: Loss of use and loss of money spent on a storage unit (2080.00).

Desired outcome: Have the floor replaced in the coach. We would like the roof repaired with out a patch. Or our money refunded. The technician said that they have issues with the slideouts tearing the floor as this unit ages.I took a list of 31 issues.
