I worked for think Direct Marketing for a period of six months. The only positive thing about the work enviroment is the othe employees. They train you about 60% of what you need to know which honestly is better than most Florida Companies. They also Fine the employees when they feel they endanger the company. The problem here is that there is No Check and Balance here. The supervisors did not start fining people until the company started having issues Financially. There is also Nothing in place to keep a supervisor from fining you basically because the don't like you, or they are having a bad day. Also they tell you to sign for your fine and neglect to tell the employee that they cannot legally fine them without their signature. They also neglect to instruct them on any dispuet procedures because they have non.The same Operations Managers who have all been there a period of Years obviously have No idea how Cash Flow and Working Capital should be applied to Grow the Company. Instead they increase Employee fining and send people home to collect minimum wage instead of the commission owed to save cash. Take it from me don't waste your breath. They have employees who have given them 15 plus years and they treat them with little value

This is the worse place ever to work. Also if you work from home they do a factory reset on your computer when you leave the company. This is a scam of place to work. If you can sale magazines you can sale anything. Their script consist of lies. I would rather buy magazines on the newspaper stand instead buying it from them any day!
