Thian Boon Jie Renovation and Contractor review: fail to complete job as promised

SCAM INCIDENT

Thian Boon Jie Design and Contractor, also known as Boon Jie Design and Renovations llp. Company Full of fraud and lies. Scammer. We have reported it to CASE. But they told us to make a police report first. This company promised to complete our work by Hari Raya Aidilfitri (July) after we had gave them the deposit of $10, 000. And agree with montly payment of $1000 per month afterwards. But it has been 5 months, they didnt complete their job and ran away with our money. We did paid monthly payment right on time and they promised to complete the work and kept on saying that they will send workers to our house to complete the job. But, it's already been the month of October. Still no sign of them. And they have not been answering our calls. Wr have been giving them too many faces. They have also shifted their office without informing us. Failure to complete the job. Contractors went MISSING IN ACTION. DIDNT RETURN OUR CALLS NOR MESSAGES. RAN WITH OUR $10, 000 DEPOSIT.
Kitchen top and wiring was not done properly, doors were not done. Promised to deliver it but as expected, he did not turn up. Not once but a few times. I even had to chase him for things to be done. Many months were wasted for not doing anything in the house. Glass panel was not fixed, doors and my railings were not fixed. Called the office but it was diverted to the hand phone which was again unanswered. Irresponsible company and staffs. Maybe they should change their mission about delivering customer needs on time. It's all full of lies. No doubt the workmanship is slightly above average but I can't stand the delaying process and no sense of responsibilty. After they got our business, we really had a hard time trying to get them. Only when they are collecting payments from us then they will take the intiiative to call us. After they collect finalpayment from us, worst - we can call them 100 times a day they will hung up on us. And if we use foreign hp number to corner them, they will tell lies that they are coming down to our house at a certain timing yet never turn up. I truly regretted signing with them. Although their workmanship is ok, they have literally no creative designs to speak of compared to
IDs. From their fb, one can see almost all their jobsouses they renovated all have the same predictable designs.

Both father and son team always pulled the stunt of MIA, no answer calls, no reply messages despite myself messaging imploring them to rush the job for us.
