Nice installers and good workmanship, but the salesman sold us a bill of goods - specifically - an expensive garden window that we can't use because it's built so far out from the wall that we can't reach it! We literally have to stand on a stool AND stand in my kitchen sink AND stretch just to about reach the window levers. Think he could've told us that when he sold it to us? Nah...why ruin a sale? And 48 hours after the install I'm still cleaning up after them. Dust everywhere. Buyer beware.

I love my Thermo Twin windows. Ive received so many positive comments from my neighbors because the improved curb appeal is amazing. I have a small three bedroom ranch style house that now looks great. And I already noticed a differences my air conditioner running less and I can keep it a few degrees higher and still feel cool. The salesman was very respectful and informative. The installers were on time and finished in one day. They thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed after they were done. I highly recommend this company.

We had six windows installed on September 12, 2022. We are very pleased with the windows.The quality and appearance are very good, much to our satisfaction. A crew of 4 came early and commenced with the installation. They were joined later in the day by another crew which finished another job. This made for a timely completion.They left our home totally cleaned from all of the debris and matter that was evident from the installation process.We are totally pleased with the experience, from the salesperson back in February through the customer service and finally the installation.

Thermo-Twin was fantastic throughout the window buying process. Our sales rep, [sales rep's name], was thorough, honest and very friendly to us as we worked through multiple estimates. The price was right for us and the timing was a perfect fit for our schedule. When the construction team of 5 people came to our home, they took great care of our home and made sure that we were satisfied with the work product. They asked us questions throughout the day and made us aware of their progress as they worked through each stage of installation. We love our windows and were treated very well from the estimate stage, installation and follow-up from the company afterwards. We couldn't be more happy with our windows and Thermo-Twin's work. We will be using them for future window work and door installation.

I had four companies come to give us a quote i had 16 windows i asked each company about taking several of my windows from two to one larger slider 3 companies said it could not be done but thermo twin sales rep said sure we can do what you want. This and the great produce they make made me choose them by going from 16 to 11 windows it saved a lot of money for us. From start to finish we are completely satisfied salesman was very thorough and answered all our questions and was very polite the installation was also professional they did not stop until they were complete cleaned everything up and was very considerate of me working from home everyone that comes into our home is amazed at the view through our new windows they let in so much more natural light and a very easy to clean. I would recommend thermo twin over some of the other large window companies they listened to what i was saying and delivered where others just wanted to charge me more money

In late 2021 I decided to add two windows to an older year-built home we purchased in 2020. I found some windows that were previously installed by the manufacturer Thermo Twin. Moving to the area from another state, I had no idea who they were and liked the windows that were already here. I reviewed their website, but never did a background check on the company, it's rare that I don't. My install was a second-floor bedroom wall that never had any windows. When I called and described my request to them and they asked a few questions about the house, address and where I wanted the windows, they asked me what size I wanted. After I told him he gave me a price. What? I said, are you sure you don't have to see what you're getting into before giving me a price? You know, this is a pretty old house. He said, I'm looking at your house right now and I can see the wall you're referring to. I've been doing this a long time, trust me, that would be your cost for the window installed. The benefit of knowing to look at a house through some real estate websites is a great tool. I was still skeptical. After a physical visit for a measurement a few weeks later my install date was made and they were able to get here a few weeks earlier than initially stated. The cleanliness and install went picture-perfect. These windows and installers are great, hard to recommend anyone or anything else.

Very Poor Sales meeting, Sales man did not introduce himself to me, did NOT give me a business card. Was a meeting to see what options I had on new windows. Was treated like I did not have any idea of what I was talking about (dealing with windows). Was asking for general information about types of window, efficiency of windows, and how the installation of the window types would be done. The sales man then proceeded to inform me I WAS WASTING HIS TIME ! That this was how he made his living and he had other sales calls today. That by me asking all these questions (trying to get options of what windows type I may want) I was not going to purchase new windows. He was too busy . This is POOR BUSINESS!

We went with Thermo Twin because of the quality and workmanship, and recommendation of friends. We purchased 9 windows from them totaling $8,300.00. The windows hold condensation / moisture. We called them and they came out twice. The first time they told us that we needed more insulation in our house. ( we had already done that ) Now the second time they said that they would strongly advise us to purchase a new HVAC system because ours looked dated and insufficient. We had it inspected by a highly reptutable company and they said it was still in good working order and would last a while longer. After discussing it over we decided to go ahead and purchase a new and bigger system, it's been installed and we still have the same issue.
