theitdepot.com review: fraud

I had ordered a backlit keyboard on this website one month back and was contacted saying its out of stock and gave me options to buy any other product for the same amount, after that i ordered thrice and every time i ordered a product the executive came back saying its out of stock and till today my amount is pending. I have experienced extremely rude customer care from executive named arvind and this is insane. Every time i have to call and remind the website no one follows up, its highly disappointing and time consuming.

Online shopping has become so painful and annoying. Kindly don't depend on this website to buy any products, firstly they are not available and secondly they are highly priced.
