The Unlimited review: Scratch and dent cover

I am extremely disappointed with the scratch and dent cover that I had signed up for with The Unlimited!

I have paid my installment of R190 a month for the past 4 months and also got quotations from the panel shops provided by them for me to visit and when i go to the panel shops a small scratch or dent is covered for the complete R4000 which i feel is a total RIP OFF!

I then put through the claim to the claims department and was told that I would receive feedback in 48 hours which did not happen. I had to personally call and follow up on the claim only to find out that the claim was rejected due to it being a paintless dent.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I was given and also with the money that I spent and got nothing out off. People work hard to earn their income and sometimes trust telecommunications as the easy way to get things done more but then this is the type of service given, really sad!
