The Tailor spoiled the Suite review: Management, front office staff, and tailor

Dear Managing Director/CEO, Top Management of the Board,

I have bought a suite from Saccoor Dubai Mall last week, the trousers was not fitting well on me so the staff suggested to have it tailored by the person there.
Unfortunately the trousers has not been done well so the alteration was done 4 times with no success.
Nursultan (the person in charge) told me that there will be no refund, but can replace the trousers by a new one. I agreed to this but he called his manager (Nadjib) who refused to replace or refund the peice. Please not that I will never ever deal with such unprofessional staff, again, and will not recommend you to any of my colleagues in Dubal. I will inform all people on all social media to AVOID saccoor.
Finally, I am following up with UAE consumer protection to file another complaint. Saccoor as tarnished the image I was expecting, the whole suite now is thown in my wardrobe.
Shame on such policy that have spoiled all my vacation in Dubai.
