The Swiss Colony review: Their website is a hot mess when having items delivered!

Over the years, their has been one issue after another. They had accidently billed one of my customers for all of my invoicing was one issue, the other was having items not being delivered or notifying when the USPS diverts a delivery. The last straw is when my account didn't show any of my orders so I was flying blind trying to figure out who got their deliveries or not. this is my last year ordering because it seems like their representatives would not follow back up when I would call in for a issue. It is a shame because the products were good (but too small) however, if you cannot get the orders straight on their website it is an issue.
