The Safelite Technician review: Poor service. Lack of empathy towards customer's needs.

The Safelite Technician removed the broken windshield and told me that he could not install the new one because the frame had rust in two spots. He told me to get them welded and he could come back the same day and install the windshield.

I had the repairs done before 1:00PM the same day and called Safelite for them to install the new windshield. They told me that they were unable to locate the Tech. and would call me back (which they never did). I called them again and was told the same thing.

I called GEICO to see if they could call Safelite and get the windshield replaced the same day. They were told the same story as me. They later offered a new appointment for the next day in the late afternoon. This means that I cannot go to work because the truck has no windshield.

The management at the Kissimmee, Fl office could care less if they came or not. Poor customer service. I hope to never have to use Safelite again.
