Everyone I met from Roof Medic was helpful, courteous, and professional. From my first encounter with Josh Lloyd who inspected and gave me an estimate, to the folks who actually did the work on my house (thanks Tony, Dave, and the guys I didn't meet) I was kept informed of every step. Photographic evidence of damage was shown to me, as were photos of the repairs being done. I had an entire roof "rebuild" and couldn't be more pleased. Roof Medic is an example of a company that delivered everything promised and more. They were very fast, and left my yard looking better than when they began! It was a first rate job and I heartily recommend their work.

Roof Medic has been a wonderful company to work with! Starting with our experience with Bryon Morris (sales guy), to the project manager (David M) as well as the entire work crew who came to our home and put our new roof on. We had extensive wood rot which included the fascia, 2x4 underneath in some spots and the soffet. These were unexpected repairs that were encountered at the last minute. The owner of the company came out to inspect the situation and Roof Medic made sure our home was repaired and put back together in a day's time. They were at our home for over 12 hours and did a fabulous job! Thank you for putting our home back together and giving us peace of mind for getting things fixed that needed to be fixed.

I saw a Roof Medic truck traveling down Albermarle Road and my wife and I got the driver's attention. The driver (Jarrod) gave me his number and we gave him a call and with that the wheels were in motion. Nick called me and we set up an inspection date and Nick arrived ON TIME. Nick's professionalism and transparency really had me at ease. After the roof assessment, we signed the contract and Dave called me for the start date, Friday, May 21st. The crew was ON TIME and they worked until 8 that evening. I appreciated the roof progress reports before, during, and after from Nick, Jarrod, and the crew. I'm now waiting on the Summer storms. Thanks Roof Medic! I have no doubt, if someone has a roof problem I would REFER them to Roof Medic. Great job!

Roof Medic helped get my insurance company to pay for full roof and full siding replacement after a storm damaged both. They understand what the insurance company needs and interacted directly with the adjuster to make sure the insurance paid for what our coverage dictated. The siding was cedar shake and Roof Medic did a great job replacing it, despite the challenging nature of installing such siding on our house that has many gables and several corners that are not at a 90-degree angle. Roof Medic met on site with multiple parties to ensure a successful and professional job, including a representative for the supplier of our unusual (and now discontinued) siding. They communicated with us often throughout the process. We're extraordinarily happy with the results. The roof and siding look great!

These guys go above and beyond! We needed a new roof after a storm but we also need work done to some of the facia boards. We worked with Josh Lloyd who very efficiently handled our insurance claim. Vincent came out a few days before the roofing crew and worked a lot longer on the facia boards than we expected due to some poor construction (original house construction issues). He worked diligently and tirelessly until the work was completed correctly. The whole crew was polite, professional and timely. They arrived early, got unpacked (which was a surprisingly organized endeavor) and got to work right away. Details and quality materials seemed important to this crew and we greatly appreciated that. By the time they left we had a beautiful new roof and no mess to be found. The cost was fair and on par with what other companies quoted plus they offer and a great warranty.

Here's the thing - we can hire a whole bunch if companies who will come do the work and do it well. The Roof Medic's owner, Jordan Cox has created a company - in just eight years - that is dependable, smart, organized, trustworthy, direct and completely competent. The folks who work with Jordan are just flat out nice to be around. Every one of them. I met Jordan eight years ago when his company was in his infancy. He replaced my roof and the experience with him caused me to think "This guy is going places!" He has just completed the work to replace a roof on my new home - a complicated roof that required skills not every roofer has. He took charge of dealing with my insurance company which was not an easy process and which I could not have done on my own. He kept me in the loop every step along the way. I can't remember if during my many decades of living I would have written such a review! If you hire The Roof Medic you will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for a company that cares about its customers and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction, stop looking and call The Roof Medic. I tried filing a claim by myself and was told I didn't have enough damage so my claim was denied. After watching all my neighbors get new roofs I was a little frustrated. I noticed The Roof Medic doing a lot of work in my community and one of them came by my home to inform me they were installing the neighbors roof. After speaking with them briefly they agreed to help me for free! They communicated with my insurance company and submitted everything they needed and wow, they got me fully approved. Unless you are going to get on your roof to make sure the adjusters actually do their job, give Roof Medic a call, you will not regret it. Thank you again team Roof Medic! Jordan the owner was very nice and you can tell he cared, Dave the project manager was very pleasant and the office admin Alexis was very courteous! I cannot say enough good things!

Third time's the charm! After two tries with different companies, talking to Julian convinced me that Roof Medic was the right roofing company. It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. The house in question was built in 1900 and had been patched badly. The roof had been leaking for years and the tenants didn't tell me. Julian and company fixed the roof correctly with lots of new wood and architectural shingles that will last longer than I will. And they did this for less than the estimate from one of the shady companies. Julian kept me informed at every step of the process and provided pictures of everything. The day of the event, I made sure to be there so I could look under the roof and there was management there on and off all day checking on things. They answered all of my questions and made sure that all of my odd requests, like removing a vent, were taken care of. The workers were polite and respectful. The roof is beautiful and the yard was as clean as it was before they started. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend The Roof Medic. Josh has been great to work with! He was on time, showed up when he said he would, communicated promptly, answered all my many questions and got back to me with an answer if he didn't know it on the spot. Josh actually got on the roof and took his time to inspect it, unlike some that did not go on the roof. I liked their attention to detail and even in the quote because it made clear exactly what they would do. I choose them after getting several estimates. The 5 year warranty they offered made me feel confident that they stand behind their work. My insurance had denied my claim and Josh told me I could ask for another inspection by the insurance company. I did not know I could do that. Josh met with the engineer the insurance company sent and spent a good amount of time on the roof with that engineer. The engineer appreciated his input and agreed that the roof needed to be replaced. Josh is very knowledgable about how the insurance process works. Josh also took a look at a relatives' 2 rental properties and got those jobs as well!

I called the Roof Medic to inspect my roof following a weekend of storms with some hail. Bryon, with the Roof Medic, was quick to respond and extremely helpful - patching a small leak, clearing blocked gutters, and identifying all the damage. The Roof Medic assisted me through the insurance claims submission process and remained present and connected through the insurance inspection and adjustment process. They even worked with my insurance desk adjuster directly to point out critical shortcomings in the third-party inspection results. They fought hard for me to turn a disappointing insurance repair order into a fully covered roof replacement. Replacement day was excellent - the crew was on time, the entire process was explained, the install quality was outstanding, and they coached me on all the next steps for warranties, rebates, etc. The little things made it a better experience, too - all my patio furniture was moved away and returned, the job site was left spotless, and they rolled the lawn with magnets to ensure all the nails were removed. I give the Roof Medic the highest recommendation for your roofing needs!

The Roof Medic has been a dream to work with from the start to finish. I had never had to deal with roof issues until we discovered a leak in multiple locations in our house. All of the other roofers that we dealt with were unhelpful and barely took the time to even look at our roof as they just wanted to file a claim with insurance and be done with it. However, from the first time we had Bryon come out we could tell that we had actually got someone who cared. They helped us identify what caused the damage, educated us on the damage and even helped us submit the issues to Insurance. This really was key to the experience - knowing that someone was there to help you and wasn't just there for the money. The actual roof repair went quickly and I was truly amazed at how at the end of day there was absolutely no sign (minus a beautiful roof of course) that they had been there. Such quality work from this group and just good people. Bryon was extremely helpful and treated us more like a friend he was helping then a roof client. He gave us so much roof knowledge we like to now point out roofs when we drive around! You can't go wrong with using The Roof Medic - there is no one else that can help you better when it comes to roof issues.

This was my first time using this company and I am very pleased that they were the first company I called when I noticed that my roof was leaking. Bryon was the service representative that came out and inspected our roof, and he was very thorough, pleasant and very detailed when he explained the pictures he took of our roof and the process of submitting the claim to the insurance company. He even came out and spoke to the insurance company on our behalf to submit the initial claim, and he came out and inspected the roof again with the insurance adjuster. Any questions that we had during the process, Bryon was their to answer. He represented the company well. This was my first insurance claim and I was very happy that I had Bryon and the rest of the Roof Medic staff to assist me, and to make the insurance claim process easy. Roof Medic really did the majority of the work with the insurance company to make sure that my roof was paid for in full. The day of the roof installation the roofers came out bright and early, and completed the roof without any problems. They took plenty of pictures throughout the installation process and made certain that I walked the property with them after the installation was complete. Roof Medic really made this process effortless. Thank you for being such a great company, and I wish you many more years of success.

My experience with Roof Medic was 100% positive all the way from the initial roof inspection with Field Representative Bryon all the way through the repair with Production Manager Dave. Bryon filed the insurance claim on my behalf after the inspection. After a few frustrating calls with the insurance company, a claims representative was sent to my home. Bryon arrived on time to meet with the adjuster and discussed all the particulars of my roof damage. After the check was cut by the insurance company, Bryon discussed repair timeline, materials, and the entire repair process in a clear concise manner. Due to CoVid-19, the repair date was delayed which was communicated to me via e-mail. I received a call from the Production Manager Dave 5 days before the scheduled repair date inquiring of any questions I may have. Roof Medic arrived on 4/15 @ 7:00am with a crew of about 15 workers at my residence and worked until 6:00pm. Dave stayed on site the majority of the time to answer any questions and to address any concerns regarding the process. Upon completion, the entire crew thoroughly inspected my entire property and picked up by hand all of the trash from the shingle packaging, nails, and remains of the previous roof. After I signed the customer satisfaction form, i now have a roof with a lifetime warranty! In conclusion, from beginning to end, Roof Medic completely exceeded my expectations in regards to customer service, quality of work, and professionalism. Roof Medic is also repairing my next door neighbors roof sometime this week or next week. If you need your roof fixed or completely redone, CALL. ROOF. MEDIC!

I have only great things to say about Jake Allen and the entire team at The Roof Medic. They worked with my insurance company to do a complete roof replacement from storm damage. The quality of workmanship is fantastic. I had them upgrade some low pitch areas of the roof to a metal standing seam and the attention to detail in the metal to shingle transitions and flashing really shows. I could not be more pleased. The roof looks beautiful. From the very first inspection Jake was extremely professional and took the time to explain any questions I had. He made a point to meet with the insurance adjuster and inspection company on my behalf. It really is important to have someone be an advocate for the homeowner during the inspection. It seems the adjustment process went smoothly as both Jake and the adjuster came to the same conclusion that the roof needed a complete replacement from hail damage. Scheduling the replacement did take some time but Jake was very upfront about that from the very beginning. The Roof Medic team is in high demand with all the construction going on in the Charlotte area. There were also some weather delays, but once again everyone was very forthcoming about that possibility before it happened. They did manage to sneak in my roof during about a three-day window where it finally stopped raining. Dave the production manager called me every morning to let me know what their plans were to get me taken care of in between weather patterns. I really do recommend giving Jake, Dave and The Roof Medic team a call. The difference in professionalism is quite noticeable and it is obvious they care about what they do.

The word that comes to mind when I write about Roof Medic is impressive. From the first experience with the sales person, Bryon Morris, to when the last ladder was placed on the truck and they were done, I was very impressed. When we were going through this process, I thought all roofing companies were the same. I found out real fast that was terribly mistaken. My wife and I both had selected a roofing company. My wife had selected Roof Medic and I chose another company and we had them both come on the same day and it was no contest. Bryon was on time, professional, not at all pushy and he really knew his product. He first got on the roof and then he got his drone out and got the pictures that confirmed we had the wind damage. When the company I chose, showed up 10 minutes late, without a ladder and smelling of some kind of herb, I knew Roof Medic was getting our business. The process was smooth. Bryon was there when our adjustor came and pointed out the damaged areas and the adjustor got on the bottom rung of the ladder and said, "Ok, I'll cut the check". When the date was set, Bryon said that Dave Montroy and his crew would be there at 7 am. I was very impressed to see they were in my driveway at 6:45am. The crew got right to work and they were like a swarm of bees. They were on all different areas of the house and they had the entire house de-shingled in less than 2 hours. There was some miscommunication with repairing wood rot, between Dave and Bryon due to our house getting moved up a few weeks due someone cancelling but Roof Medic made it right. I was able to talk Dave early in the morning and he was upfront with what they were going to do to fix the repairs and made me feel comfortable when he told me about his guys' experiences. The crew was amazing. They only stopped to eat and once they finished their section they moved to help out in other areas. I was most impressed when they were finished. I went around the house to find debris and I was unable to locate a single nail or wrapper. They had everything looking as good as it was before they came. I've already recommended Roof Medic to a neighbor and to a co-worker and I would strongly recommend them to whomever is looking. 5 stars from this home owner.
