This was a small job and often it is hard to find a company to take on a small project. John Smith of Capital Roofing did not hesitate to take it on. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Service was excellent and extremely reasonably priced! I have never worked with a contractor more attentive, responsive and honest than John. He showed up next day, and provided advice that saved me over a $1000 when he could have just charged me for a more expensive repair no question. His quote was more than reasonable, and the job was done next day. Besides that John has a fantastic personality and sense of humor. I will be using Capitol Roofing for all my and my family's future roofing needs.

Excellent experience. John laid out all options for me and worked to help me make choices that fit my budget. He went out of his way to get me the more expensive shingles at lower price and installed many panels of new sheathing at no extra cost. Crew was excellent and was on time and worked long hours to make sure prep, installation, and cleanup were thorough. A big expense like this is never easy, but John and crew made it much less stressful.

Quick, clean work done for an honest price. After a wind storm most of the caps were blown off of my fairly new roof. After doing some research I came across recommendations in a local forum. Capitol Roofing me highly recommended and the owner, John, immediately answered my call. John was polite and friendly and remained so when he arrived at my home with his crew. The job was performed quickly, safely, and in a clean manner . I would recommend to my friends and family.

We had an issue with a hole alongside the trim abutting our roof. Called to see if this company could help and a representative came by the next day and looked at it and said he would send someone the following day as it was a few minutes' job. The next day, a technician showed up and completed blocking and caulking the hole in less than 10 minutes. Very professional but more importantly, the company was very good about response time. We definitely will keep their card on file for future work.

Capital roofing provided excellent service to replace the roof shingles for my home. John Danca was quick to make a visit, listen to my needs, and provide a plan with multiple options. Without trying to sell he worked to meet my requirements. He was very prompt and professional throughout the process. The team that worked on the roof was very diligent and did not compromise on all aspects of the roofing process from removal through replacement, including cleaning. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

I can't say enough about Capital Roofing. John and his crew did an excellent job on our new roof. They did not cut any corners and the roof came out looking fantastic at a great price. The crew was very respectful of the property and left it so clean that you would not have known they were there. John was easy to communicate with and very responsive through the entire process. Where to begin?! We have had several projects needing to be done lately and no one seems to take the time to respond or return a call. We are new homeowners, and there's a small leak in our attack. We contacted Capitol Roofing after searching the internet. The team at Capitol Roofing was extremely responsive to our initial inquiry and further communications. We contacted them in the afternoon and their representative managed to stop by on the second day. He was very honest about the issue with our roof, telling us the repair should be fairly minor. The representative was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. The job was done quickly and neatly. We will definitely use Capitol Roofing again for any future roofing work. We strongly recommend them to anybody who needs reliable and professional roofing work done.

Capitol Roofing removed a double layer roof and installed a new roof for our home. John and his team were courteous, professional, timely, and it was an overall great experience. The quote was very reasonable and each time I contacted John either through email or phone he got back to me quickly and answered any and all questions I had. They left our property virtually free of debris, quite a feat considering the removal of a double layer of shingles before putting on the new roof. The crew was courteous, fast and professional as well. The oldest parts of the house required some TLC, and the crew quickly corrected deficiencies in the structure and finished on schedule. As for pricing, we obtained three quotes and Capitol Roofing was competitive. Ultimately, our decision was based on cost and confidence in Capitol Roofing's ability to carry out the work. The job, including clean-up, was accomplished in two days and the dumpster was gone before breakfast on the following day. Fantastic, easy, quick and fun experience with John and Capitol Roofing today! I called him up after the recent storm punctured a hole in our garage roof - he happened to be in town and was able to come take a look at the damage right away. He took one glance, said his team could knock it out immediately and they got right to work! They did a great job on the repair - that corner of the roof looks like new. Also asked him to look at a shingle gap yellow jackets had found in the summer, and his team used sealant to patch up the whole area. John was a ton of fun to chat with - he let me pick his brain about various home maintenance questions and he was full of fun stories. Hopefully I don't have any more roof repair needs in the near future, but if I do I'll know I'll call John right away. I'd definitely recommend him for any roofing jobs anyone has!

We reached out to John via email and not only did he get back to us within the hour, he was at our house within 24 hours to give us a price and discuss options for our roof replacement. He only uses top of the line products (we did our research), his company is fully insured, and his price was extremely reasonable. He told us it would take no more than three days and he was finished in two. He took care of the town permit, protecting our grass and shrubs, all debris and the dumpster, and left our yard spotlessly clean. When I began the project of re-roofing our home Covid-19 circumstances suggested that I would have ample time to complete this formidable challenge. Other health issues followed upon this decision and by mid-August I had only completed half of the project. Catching an announcement of Capitol Roof as being a sponsor of NHPR I decided to give them a call. All the outcomes of this call proved favorable. They quickly responded to my inquiry and were willing to take on the task of completed the undone roof sections. The Capitol work crew were pleasant, focused and responsive to every question asked. Both my work and the unused materials I had purchased were treated as resources to help the help the crew complete the task. Working efficiently throughout a very long day the project was completed in a most timely manner. They have reached out to us to ask if we continue to be satisfied with their job and stand ready to make any corrections if need be . No corrections are needed.

We needed a new roof in preparation for solar panels, it was also 19 years old. I found Capitol Roofing and John accidentally. I meant to contact another company with a similar name based in my town, but inadvertently contacted Capitol Roofing. He was very responsive, honest and up front through the whole process and I ended up choosing him over the local guy (who I did eventually contact) because his pricing was reasonable and he was willing to go the extra mile. The installation was delayed due to the town approving the permit, and he kept me updated regularly, even when there was little news (the town was just slow). On the 2 days of install his team was punctual, hard working and efficient. He came by at the end of the second day and removed a few screens that got damaged himself, repaired them and returned them the next day. At that time, he also took apart our bathroom vent as it was making an unusual sound. He cleaned it for us and reassembled it, resolving the problem quickly and without drama. All in all, a great guy and a great company. Highly recommend!
