Owner oversees work which was done well and professionally. Used top grade coating. I am happy with my new roof coating and will recommend to my neighbors.

Great company, Pro Roof, was very honest with us and did not try to upsell on something we did not need. Pro Roof was very professional and did a great job with my flat roof. I called other roofing companies and they outright dismissed the work I wanted to have done. Pro Roof, on the other hand, worked with me and helped me research the best solution for my roofing needs. He did a great job applying several layers of Acrylic roof coating on my roof and sloped a ponding area. Would definitely use him again.

I had a leak on my garage which is a flat roof so I called multiple roofers and most just treated me as if they didn't need my business or care to come out in a timely manner. John, who owns the company came out the same day and gave me a very fair quote. I was so satisfied with his work and communication that I had him come back out and resurface a different part of the roof for preventative reasons. Super satisfied and you will be too.

I called 2 companies before for quotes and they cant do the coats before 5 to 6 months! Pro Roof has done an great job with recoating and repairing my flat roof in the same month I called. The owner, who is present and works on my roof with his team, took pictures and send it while the progress. Pro Roof LLC just finished recoating and doing some repairs to our flat roof and they did a great job. They were prompt, responsive, cleaned up after themselves. They shared photos showing us the repairs and the two coats. They were very competitively pricedthey did 2 coats whereas others were bidding only 1 in some cases for a comparable price. They even threw in some added flashing at our front entry at no charge. All in all, very pleased. Highly recommend, and will work with them again. Thank you to Pro Roof!

After a rain storm we had a leak that we assumed was coming from our roof. We called Pro Roof and were surprised that they were able to come to the house in a short amount of time. They stopped the leak then came back another day to examine the whole roof. We hired them to completely restore the roof, new wood where necessary, and wrapping. Then coating it twice with elastic polymer roof coating. Their work was very professional, clean and they kept us apprised of every step they were taking. We recommend them highly.

Pro Roof, LLC is now my "always" roofer. They work on foam roofs, and did a great job of recoating my roof with a rubberized coating which is more difficult. The price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. The team at Pro Roof was incredible to work with as they promptly answered my texts and we were easily able to set up the service. They arrived on time, were sensitive to the noise from the washer, asking me where to place the machine. They left my yard clean and neat. I can highly recommend Pro Roof! And I appreciate their services.

I will not be calling anyone else for roofing needs. The three day job was completed on time. Each day when the crew arrived they explained what was happening that day and asked if there were any questions or concerns. During and at the end of the day pictures were sent of the work progress. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and used a magnet to ensure no metal fragments were left behind. I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, work quality/ethic, and the final result. We were referred to Pro Roof and Pro Roof by a friend. Pro Roof responded to our request for a bid in a very timely manner. Came to our home and after a thorough inspection gave us a very fair bid. We had some skylights that needed replacing as well. He uses a quality coating and materials. When it came time to complete the job Pro Roof and his crew came out and did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased. Pro Roof provided before and after pictures to make sure we were completely satisfied. Pro Roof is a quality businessman and our experience had been when the owner works along side the crew it says a lot about a business. In this day and age its refreshing to see such a positive work ethic and a trade who takes pride in his work. We will be recommending Pro Roof to our friends and will call them up when its time for maintenance.

I have owned my house for almost 20 years and during that time, I have never met a roofer that is so job conscious as Pro Roof. After an intense rain storm, we noticed water coming out of our stucco wall. Through word of mouth, we called Jack in to repair the project. While on the roof, he noticed additional water damage to the ceiling beam supports that could have eventually caused its collapse. Other roofers could have just looked the other way, did their job, got paid and moved on. Pro Roof's keen eye saved me future headaches and thousands of dollars by his observation. We had to have other people fix the inside of the house. This took two months. In the meantime Pro Roof sealed the roof temporarily and once the inside was fixed, he professionally finished his project. I am so happy to finally have someone who just does not simply do the job, but looks out for a homeowner's best interests as well. I highly recommend Pro Roof for any roofing work you may have!

With so many companies and individuals offering roof repair and coating services, it can be hard to know who to go with. I can offer my unreserved endorsement of Pro Roof LLC. Our flat roof was last coated eight years ago, and there were a few places that looked like the coating had been compromised or had been worn away from tree debris build-up. I contacted several roof repair/coating vendors, and arranged for four of those companies (including Pro Roof) to provide in-person inspections and proposals. One roofer, who actually came over, never got back to me with a quote. Of the three who did submit a proposal, Pro Roof had a competitive price, and they were highly professional in their approach to the job. We hired Pro Roof. The owner, [Owner's Name], was personally involved throughout the process, including the on-site activity. He and his crew arrived on time and worked hard the entire time they were here, despite the high mid-July temps. They were accommodating to my disabled wife's sleep schedule as best they could, and [Owner's Name] kept in close touch with me via text if there were any questions or concerns. All told, we ended up with a newly repaired and coated roof (two coats of Tucson Rubberized Coatings' product) on-time and on-quote. No hassles. No hiccups. A very pleasant process from start to finish. [Owner's Name] and his crew indeed reflected the "Pro" in the name "Pro Roof."

Pro Roof has done an amazing job with recoating and repairing my roof. My house's roof had not been recoated in years and was looking dingy, yellowish, and overall disgusting. I wanted to find the best roofer in the business at the most affordable price. I shopped around and got several quotes from the other guys and was trying to decide which roofing company would not take me for a song and dance. As I was getting ready to finalize my decision, I decided to research on the ComplaintsBoard.com and online review platforms to see if I had missed any roofing companies. Thank goodness I searched again and found Pro Roof. They were professional, courteous, on time and quick to respond to my request for quote. Pro Roof climbed up on the roof and checked it out and taking pictures of the rough looking spots, whereas some of the other guys just looked at it from the street and said, yup needs to be recoated. I got up on the roof with the Pro Roof guy and as we walked around, he noted "squishy" areas as well as other parts of the roof that needed to be addressed. The team at Pro Roof gave me several estimates, all within my budget, to recoat and/or recoat and repair. I chose the recoat and repair as I knew it needed some work. They came back later that week and got to work. In less than 8 hours they had the roof power washed, scrapped, swept, and recoated. They even cleaned up all the mess and prior to do any of the work asked me each time if they could hook up to my power or water. I've had the other guys just assume and never ask. Not Pro Roof, they truly put the Pro in professionals. My roof is looking bright and white and all the "squishy" parts as well as the repairs are all addressed. They even recoated under all the vents and the chimney at no additional cost! I am now the envy of the neighborhood and by far the shiniest roof on the block. I'll be using Pro Roof in the future as I have a shed and patio that will need some TLC after the recent rainfall and heavy winds. So glad I waited to not only find the best roofing company but the most affordable and professional roofing company in my area too. Thanks so much Pro Roof you guys are awesome!
