The Rep For Vets review: 2nd agreement contract for 20% of back pay

I signed an original fee agreement with Rep For Vets for 20%. They gave me a copy of the first agreement and that portion was settled. Rep For Vets sent a second fee agreement contract that I signed at the end of 2021. I requested a copy of that signed contract four times and I have never received it. Rep For Vets have my signature on a second fee agreement for 20% and they never sent me a copy with their signature on it. That is an adhesion contract. I called the office once about the contract and the person that answered the phone kept stating: "Oh thank you so much, thank you so much, thank you so much. What a shock? Maybe I should do a DeNovo case.
