The R.E.A.L system is a great online coaching program for anyone who is interested in generating another source of income in order to create financial freedom for themself. The team are very knowledgeable and their weekly coaching zoom meetings are super informative and fun.

The real system helped me and my family sublease a beach front property and get it up and running. I was taught the ins and out of how to sublease and because of the real system we are on the way of getting a SECOND property. If you do the work it 100% works. I joined the REAL System at the age of 26. I knew I wanted to purchase a home but I did not know where to start. This is more than just a course, in business there's so much more that goes behind just starting and in the R.E.A.L. System you get "the so much more that goes behind it" including mindset, strategic planning, reverse engineering, most importantly the mentorship. As a practicing MD in California, I absolutely have a passion for what I do and one of my goals aside from medicine, has been to diversity my portfolio so I decided to add real estate investing to it. I am very satisfied with the support and results I have generated thus far, I closed escrow on my first investment property, I found the correct people I needed to start the permit process for my ADU conversion within the same network of support you get in the course as well. I am excited to continue the next steps to fully launching my business. I highly recommend this program to anyone that is serious about getting started and generating results. The creator of the course is personally involved on a weekly basis through the coaching calls, I've experienced his charter to be one of transparency, humbleness, ethical, honest and genuinely someone who cares, if you do the work there is no reason this would not work, if it's working for me that I already have a full busy schedule daily, I truly believe it can work for anyone.

On March 9 I purchased a class for the amount of 477 dollars where the person said he's going to teach us about how to start on Airbnb and it was absolutely disaster. They didn't give us enough information about it. There is supposed to be 6 class, every Tuesday for 6 weeks and the only day that they gave us information was just the first one and not a complete information. The rest of the class was only answering questions thing that is not supposed to be they offered us value information to start our business. We also created a group on telegram with the person that are not comfortable with the course that they offer us and we have a lot of proof that they were ignoring us when we claim them.

Nos vendieron un curso supuestamente completo y al final resultó que era solo un curso básico y una introducción, incumpliendo con lo que nos vendieron y ni siquiera nos han entregado un certificado aunque sea de participación.

I purchased The Real System program for $1000 in the form of 2 payments of $500, the first payment on January and the second on February . The company has advertised on his company's official website page that if this doesn't work out for us for any reason, he will gladly refund. After I felt that this program was not for me as it required more money to invest in additional resources, strategies, and tools, I sent the company owner a few text messages and he did not get back to me. I have been ignored since I purchased the program and have not received any type of customer service. I messaged the admin on his official website page numerous times as well as the support team page and received no response until I posted a comment publicly on their official website page. I then received a message from his admin and himself but still, insisted I keep the program and ignored my request for a refund. My comment has also been deleted from the official website page and I am still being ignored.

This company was selling the first corporate housing classes in Spanish. When they were promoting their class one of them used his famous wife who has more than a million followers on social media to offer the course in Spanish, these two guys do not speak good Spanish and the wife was not present during the classes. When they were selling their classes they told us they will give the tools and we will be ready to start our business like host or co-host working with Airbnb. I paid the amount of [insert appropriate amount] dollars for 6 classes, they provided some little information the first day, I was hoping the next it would be better and it did not happen. All the classes were improvised, they are not instructors and they are so far away to provide any kind of classes. On the fourth class, we were told we have to pay a lot more money to get the really good classes. We were at least 40 unhappy people with their poor classes. The last day they blocked the Zoom chat and allowed just one person to speak up.

The Real System owner and their team offered me a comprehensive course where according to them we would learn everything related to the business to have our product on the market in 30 days. We were informed that we would leave ready and with all the necessary information to enter this business. The course offered had a value of $497.00 and lasted for 6 weeks (a weekly class of 90 minutes each). In the fifth class, we were notified that there would be a new course where they would provide everything in detail, including contacts, digital materials, etc. However, they deceived us by offering a course that was not as promised. Additionally, they demonstrated a lack of competence and preparation to teach the classes. They often improvised and failed to answer many questions. The last class was particularly disappointing as many of my classmates were censored and not allowed to express themselves in any way. I would like a refund for this misleading and unsatisfactory experience.

I purchase this Classes on March 15 I paid $497. This program was committed to give 6 classes in which they will cover everything in detail to become a airbnb expert, to host and co-host properties. They also said they will provide a certificate and the 6 classes will be on a webpage they provided but actually last class is missing and there is no certificate, plus they are not even real teachers to provide any type of certificate. In the 6 classes they did not give reliable and detailed information, everything was very repetitive and with no structure. In the end majority of students feel we have been scammed because the course has been very poor comparing to what they offered. Now they are offering a $*** dollars course staying this is the one that promised everything they did not delivered to us but was offered. They are saying the course we paid $497 was basic but when they promoted the course for 1st time this wasn't mentioned by the contrary they promoted as deluxe course.

and any form of communication. It was a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise against signing up for this course. The Real System is a scam and a disappointment.

Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, me siento estafada y robada.

El 10 de Marzo de 2021 luego de ver una presentación dada por esta compañía ofreciendo un curso de airbnb. Me sentí entusiasmada por todo lo que ofrecían me garantizaban que en 30 días yo tendría el suficiente conocimiento como para iniciar mi negocio. Pero realmente cuando asistí a lad 2 primeras clases. Me sentí estafada. No había un buen contenido en las clases. Estas fueron muy improvisadas. Sin ninguna estructura didáctica. Por lo que deje de asistir y manifesté junto con un grupo de afectados mi disgusto con las clases. Nuestras quejas fueron groseramente desatendidas. Fuimos tratados con menosprecio. Diciendo que eso pasaba por lo barato del curso. Fuimos utilizados. Fue tanto su irrespeto que se me dio una credencial sin firma ni sello. Sin ningún valor. Yo exijo de ellos la devolucion total de mi dinero ya que no fue lo que vendieron. Sus clases fueron muy escuetas y repetitivas como para llenar espacio. No dejando un contenido definido. Y sobre todo no se nos atendió las observaciones

I paid $497 to learn about Airbnb and by the 3rd class I was disappointed. I sent a direct email but until today nobody has replied to me. I started a complaint to my bank to get my money back. I was doing this without telling anyone (other students) but then I saw in telegram that there was more people feeling that the course was a scam. We all knew about this course because of The Real System which is a famous person in the USA within the Hispanic community and both her and her husband, John, were promoting the course as if they were going to teach it together with Maria (in spanish) Well, John was never part of the course, I guess they use her fame to get people interested and the worst part is that there was no structure, no pdfs, no files, no PowerPoint, no important information to lead us to start an Airbnb business as promised. We tried in many ways to communicate with them but they just keep ignoring and blocking us. I want ALL my money back. Proof is in Spanish.
