Recently, and especially today, I have been blocked from the articles I want to read by ads pushing me to upgrade. One has to wait out the promotion time period or keep on trying to avoid the promotional material. In today's paper there is an interesting story about an older Irish woman who had to give up two sons for adoption. I was interrupted at least three times trying to read the article. I paid my subscription fee and I'm therefore entitled to read the articles in the paper without undue interruption. I will look at the ads I'm interested in.
Claimed loss: Loss of part of the enjoyment of reading the paper.
Desired outcome: Stop imposing unavoidable interruptions of my reading.
