College Board review: Customer service only helpful over phone

Spent 3 weeks going back and forth with email customer service for archived test results that if they'd bothered to actually read my emails they could have admitted was beyond their power and redirected me to calling them from the start.
Instead they bounced me through multiple different reps, none of which either bothered to read up the email chain or were capable of doing so. Told to make a new account they would merge with my old one. Told by one that it would take 1 to 3 hrs and by another that it would take 3 to 5 days. Told me the problem was fixed when it was very much not. Denied being a chatbot. Before finally sending me a link to a page that said the thing I was asking for was only possible over the phone and did not require a new account. Something they could have laid out weeks ago. Phone call took 5 mins tops.

Also 50 bucks for archived test results is highway robbery.
