Horrible service, 2 weeks to process request to send scores for sat taken more than a year earlier, will not give any idea of when to expect the electronic transmittal, even when only one school is requested and that school processes the transmittal every day, monday-friday. "call us after 2 weeks" if the school hasn't received it. But it is likely the school's fault.
This is a paid service, not even the free transmittal that come with every test fee.
They have a canned speech for this, i'm sure they have dozens if not hundreds of "customer service" reps reading this speech all day every day, maybe if they hired more processors, they wouldn't need so many cust svc reps.
Then they want a satisfaction survey, all the questions are constructed this way: "on a scale of 1-5 where 1 is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree, how happy were you with our service"
Omg!
They have a 7 digit employee number, what's that one million employee number possibilities? They need 2 weeks to enter a couple dozen characters or just read and release the system to transmit scores but they can say their name and employee number in 1.6 seconds.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
