Coke Zero
Found a dead bug in my mouth after taking a drink from a can of Coke Zero. I am including pictures of bug, can info and 12 pack box info.
I was very sad when you stopped making Tab. I started drinking that in 1980. Also not happy about the "New" Coke Zero. The black can Coke Zero was better.

Lack of real Diet Coke!
For months I have been looking at our Sams in Tinley Park, Illinois for canned Diet Coke. They have none. So I bought the plastic bottles a couple times. Now they are gone. Our grocery store, Food 4 Less in Oak Forest, Ill has NO Diet Coke. All I can find anywhere is Coke Zero. Well, it's horrible. I have drank DC since it first came out in the 80's, I believe. I switched from Diet Pepsi to Diet Coke. Guess I have to go back to Pepsi. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? One delivery guy told me it's a tin can shortage? Well, go back to glass and return bottles! It worked great for years! I want my Diet Coke back!

20 oz coke zero mildew smell
Aug 28 and Aug 30 purchased over 15 so far that have dates of Aug to Nov all of which smell like mildew. I'm tired of getting comped a coupon! Last drink I got deathly Ill and will never trust another bottle of coke zero especially after reading on here.I got very ill Aug 30 from drinking one and want my money reimbursed that I spent at the er

I just sent a very long letter to coke about the damaged cans in their 12 packs and told them I want to be compensated for the "damaged" products. I can't drink them from the can as one would expect. I would have to pour the contents into another container in order to drink the soda. I've had it. They are getting ridiculous with their prices and make it look like the customer is getting a "deal" or is "On Sale" at Buy 2 get 1 Free when the price for all three is almost $20.00; must more expensive than their competitor. Why are they so much more expensive than the other major brand. I wonder if their cans are as bad as the ones Coca-Cola uses. Shame on Coke for doing this to their customers and Shame on me for continuing to buy their product.

Coke Zero and Coca-Cola Corp.
Well I finally got my hands on a New Coke Zero Sugar ( I buy coke products, Coca-Cola and Coke Zero by the case load from Walmart to save money and time). Anyway, I ran out of the old Coke Zero and later in the day opened up a new Coke Zero...honestly guys, it was disgusting. I poured it out. I could not believe that it tastes so bad. Then I began to wonder why in the heck Coke would change what I figure to be their #2 brand.
I actually worked for Coca-Cola at the old 310 North Ave, Corporate Headquarters when we changed to New Coke in the 1980's. It was stupid then and is stupid now to change.
But what got me more was when I did a little research to find out why you changed the product. I was shocked at what I saw and read about Coke.
What I discovered was a slide show, that pretty much said I am the worse thing in the world and that I should be, "less white".
So I am going to take Coke's advice and be "less white". You see Coke is pretty much a white man's drink, founded by rich whites, produced by right whites and shipped by rich whites around the world during a white man's world war. Then control by rich white men like Robert Woodruff, Donald Keough and Roberto Goizueta ( I mean Cubans are white with a modifier right?). So I am going to be less like all those men and give less to charity, less to my community and less to Coke. In fact, I do not think I will ever by another Coke product again with the exception of buying several cases to pour out with my friends for a nice little Youtube video showing our disdain for Coke products and Coca-Cola's corporate leadership.
I promise to be less white, if they promise to be less racist. How does that sound Coke?
Desired outcome: Coke is removed from the market place, or better yet, falls to second place behind Pepsi.
16.9 oz Bottled Diet Coke
ALL of the Diet Coke bottles we purchased last weekend at Wal-Mart smell musty/moldy - almost like per urine. Both the lid and the bottle smell this way. I've seen that this is a complaint from many areas recently. It's disgusting. Please respond with why it smells this way and if it's safe to continue to drink. We purchase 5-10 of these 6-packs monthly and need to know the cause.

New Coke Cola Zero Sugar
The new coke cola zero is weak and no taste. Don't like the red can. It leaves a sugary taste in the back of my mouth that the old coke cola zero sugar didn't. Not happy with this outcome. You need to do something quick or I will start drinking Pepsi zero sugar. Not happy at all. Just not happy. Now you need 350 letters to fole your complaint. Unbelievable. It's bad enough you changed the taste of coke cola zero sugar.

Coke Zero and Diet Coke
This has been happening more frequently in the past month or so! My bottle stinks so bad I can't drink the soda! I drink a lot of Coke Zero and it never happens with the cans. Just the 20 oz. bottles. I'm convinced it's something to do with the gas inside the bottle. I've actually started smelling the bottles before I buy them in hopes of avoiding the stinky ones with little to no success! PLEASE FIX THIS!

Smell
Every time i have bought a diet coke, coke zero or diet dr pepper in the last couple months the bottle smells like a dirty sponge. Like mildew. To the point i stopped even buying coke products and had to switch to pepsi. I have noticed it with sprite but a the other products ive noticed the terrible smell. And I'm only seeing it in the 20 oz bottles not the 2liters.

I can understand a short run of problematic caps and bottles that smell really bad, but it appears to be a long running issue based on the comments and reports im finding. ive bought 6 packs of the diet coke multiple times and for about 2 months now the smell on the bottles has been getting worse each time i get them. the shops im getting them from arent responsible for these products so im not going to bring the stuff there. i will inform them, but not try an exchange or return thru them.
Coca Cola really needs to fix the issue with these bottles smelling like mildew and burned plastic.
this last bottle i pulled was the worst so far. i had to throw it out this time because of how bad it was this time.
Simply please fix this

Coke zero

Purchased a Coke Zero from the vending machine outside of my classroom 502 at Shaw High School about an hour ago. Upon opening the bottle and taking a drink it tasted absolutely horrible and when I smelled it the inside smelled like a mix of mildew and cat urine. It was absolutely repulsive. The expiration date is Nov. 22. 21 and the number below is 11752. I am 4 months pregnant and I hope that it is not anything that will make me or my baby sick. We bought a second one to see if there were more in the machine that was bad and the second one was fine. I hope a student that does not know any better gets a bad drink like I did and continues to drink it.
Desired outcome: I would like my drink refunded and the source of this problem investigated.
New Coke Zero
The reason why I have enjoyed and supported Coke Zero was because it did not taste like all the other diet colas. And unlike your Diet Coke, Coke Zero actually retained the original Coca Cola flavor! When it first hit the market, I was in heaven!

Diet Coke, 20 oz. bottle
On Thursday, 9/2/2021, I purchased a 20-oz. bottle of Diet Coke (NOV121UVB1946) at a sandwich shop in South San Francisco, CA. When I opened the bottle, it had a normal smell. By the time I reached the middle of the bottle, not only was there a rancid smell, the Diet Coke had developed a weird taste. Shortly after, I became nauseous and sleepy; it took several hours to recover.
On Monday, 9/5/2021, I purchased another 20-oz. Diet Coke (NOV2221UVD0015), this time at a Safeway in San Mateo, CA. When the bottle was opened, again, it smelled normal, and again, by the time I reached the middle of the bottle, there was a rancid smell - like a bacteria infested sponge - only this time, there was no issue with the Diet Coke drink.
I have read about numerous issues with Coke Zero, but this is DIET COKE.
Desired outcome: Requested resolution: 1. an explanation from Coca-Cola of the cause, explaining why I became ill.

Due to corporate leadership taking a ill informed position regarding voting etc. Myself and now over 395 friends and family have chosen to boycott your complete line of beverages. I continue to spread the truth about your political views to as many as I am able to. Penalize the city that made you, Atlanta. I absolutely loved Coke zero and was one of your best and most loyal customers but I will never drink this piss again… It is totally flat, tastes watered down and has nothing like the zip of the original formula which actually tasted like a real cola.Whoever your marketing people are need to be fired!

I purchased a diet coke from a vending machine in a hospital, Mount Sinai Brooklyn. I'm not sure if it was the beverage or the plastic from the bottle, but the soda smelled foul.

20 OZ Coke Cherry Flavor Zero Sugar
All the bottles smell like mold or mildew! like an old sponge! i'm keeping this bottle. There are tons of people saying the same thing. I knew i wasn't crazy! what if this is chemically dangerous and we have consumed it? i'm a diabetic, and i drink all your zero sugar products. Which by the way your zero sugar coffee cokes are always out of stock everywhere!
