The Chimney Pros review: Horrible company to do business-stay away

I have never experienced anything like what I experiences with all star pros out of south salem location. Had a service scheduled — window from 8-10. I called at 9:30 to check on status, and was told someone would call me in a few minutes. Long story short, I called 3 more times within the next hour to find out if I was still on schedule. They proceeded to block my phone number. I called with another persons phone 2 hrs later and was told someone would def get back to me. Nothing.. Then I call again using *67 just to have the person hang up on me (and all I asked was status of my service). They are rude and unprofessional. Reporting to bbb
