The Abbey at Energy Corridor Eldridge - formerly The Abbey At Eldridge review: Moved out due to poor management, deposit not returned

I resided at this property for 5 years, the management changed several times during me living there. The water bills became excessive, while the water was constantly being off due to boiler issues. There was a fire which destroyed units next to mine. The units remained boarded up an isore right up to the time I moved out August 30, 2022. Management just seemed to take a nonchalant approach when you attempted to address the issues of concern. I could no longer live here. I moved out took pictures and left the apartment clean. My deposit was never received, when I inquired about it, I was told it was only 300.00. This was further insulting. These apartments went from a place I once enjoyed living in to a place I couldn't wait to move out of.
