Texas Health Surgery Craig Ranch review: They can't do anything to make up for this problem.

Their website didn't work so I couldn't get the necessary forms to fill out; I had to drive over there to get the forms hard copy. As I was leaving my apartment to take the completed forms back to them they sprung this on me — clearance from the doctor because I'm on blood thinners. The procedure was scheduled for the very next day! That wasn't enough, they insisted the doctor be the same one who prescribes the blood thinner medication. This couldn't have been handled before now?! They have so many demands: arrive 90 minutes before the scheduled procedure & you cannot leave via Uber or a cab. How many road blocks can they think up?! I'll NEVER try to schedule any procedure there EVER!
