Terrell’s Siding and Windows review: Not so sunny sunroom

Due to hail damage insurance covered a new roof for our sunroom – which is actually my living room. We hired Terrell Roofing/Siding to do the job. Lawrence, Mr Terrell’s employee, and a helper removed the old roof, then discovered Terrell Roofing ordered roofing panels that were too short. So, they used a tarp that was too short and a few of the old roofing panels to cover the roof until the correct panels arrived. It rained and leaked in several places and I spent several hours in the rain bailing water from the buckets and trash cans placed throughout the room. We called Terrell and he told us to “just let it rain” and they would take care of the damages. Needless to say we had damage and we had to fight with him to get him to clean the carpet and to replace the ruined carpet in the bathroom. Since the roof has been replaced we have had 6 leaks and Terrell’s idea of fixing it is to caulk the gaps in the seams to keep it from leaking. Of course, caulk is not meant to fill in gaps so we still have leaks and all we get from Terrell and Lawrence is rudeness and more caulk. They fix one leak and it leaks somewhere else. The last time we spoke to Terrell he said he was in Mexico and could not be bothered with our problem until he got back. He is probably spending the money he made off of our insurance claim to vacation while we sit here cleaning up and drying out due to all the leaks in our leaky sunroom. It is one thing to make a mistake but it is beyond my comprehension how Terrell and his employee, Lawrence, can treat us like it is our fault that our roof leaks and it is an inconvenience for them to be bothered with us. Both of them have been rude and disrespectful to my 74 year old mother and have made her so upset she has cried.
