Travis Moyer, who is the President/Owner of Terra Firma Property is untrustworthy. After putting in writing that what he was going to do he never got around to do it. He also writes up false information that he admits is inaccurate and does nothing to fix it. I would never do business with Travis Moyer - you will not get an honest assessment in doing business with him!
Travis Moyer does NOT return phone calls!
In addition, he gets very upset if things are not done his way. If he decides that he no longer needs/wants something he will return his item/work and expect that he is compensated when HE CHANGES HIS MIND!
To sum up Travis Moyer, he is a Control Freak.
BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH TRAVIS MOYER.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am a first time home buyer and had a friend recommend Travis Moyer. He answered all of my phone calls, both before the inspection and afterwards to answer some extra questions I had. He arrived early to the inspection, and did an amazing job. His inspection was very thorough, and the final report contained detailed images and recommendations for many areas which I had completely overlooked in my initial walk through. Travis' insight was vital to us in making the choice to purchase our home, and in identifying problem areas and how to fix them. In my opinion, the review above is completely inaccurate and probably from one of his competitors, or a complete fabrication. From my experience, I would recommend Travis without hesitation.
I ran across this on the web and can not for the life of me think that this is about me and my company. I do not know a Julie York. Is this about Terra Firma Property Inspections?
