Telledocs review: Policy not treating postmenopausal women for UTI s

Filled out TELLEDOC form showing age (59 years, 10months), status of menstrual cycle, and complaint of UTI. Paid $49 to be told by a doctor that due to a policy change TELLEDOC no longer treated post menopausal women for UTIs. Upon requesting refund was told TELLEDOC policy to not refund after visit started, so...I was charged, according to TELLEDOC policy, for a visit in which I was told It was TELLEDOC policy not to treat me. If TELLEDOC has a treatment exclusion for UTIs then this needs to be provided when the complaint of UTI is entered when patient/customer is requesting treatment.
