My association with tekforce corp : please stay away from this company:: altsoft - - > tekforce corp - - > calypso why you should not join in: altsoft - - > tekforce corp - - > calypso:: they dont pay you and they dont do what they committed for, and they dont apply for h1, they will get money as long as you are on project and finally they will say some stories. And they recently opened new company called calypso in freemont because tekforce is in black listed companies. Short story about their strategy:: when you are joining in project they will force you to sign on some aggrements and they will committed for some salary hike or % base after one year (At this time, your sales person / account manager will committed on this) . . . After one year when you ask them for hike / % base, your sales person ask you to talk to owner, then game player comes in to picture and he will simply say "we can not give hike / % becasue we are getting very less amount from client" (Common answer to every consultant) , more over he will give you

Not so good things about tekforce corp : very fake company. The people are sitting there to change the resume according to the current business trend and technology even though you are not worked in those. They will ask you to learn what ever they added to your resume and ask you to come to the office for attending interviews. Better stay away from this company asap.

Not so good things about tekforce corp : i have worked for this company for couple of years. As said by other person. . . Stay away from tekforce corp, of san ramon, ca. Its the worst indian body shop of bay area. Yes, they keep your h1b papers, make your forcibly sign contracts, keep u in guest house with 6 people in each room, give u short term projects in diff city so u keep travelling, underpay you by keeping 50% commision from the client billing rate, and ofcource no h1b sponsoring or gc. . And most times make you pay for h1b paper work and gc. The bunch of crooked people stay away from this gang of criminals scamming pto, h1b and l1 workers. Also, many friends of mine never see their last paycheque. . . They avoid putting employee agreements on papers so as to keep themselves free of any law suites. . . Join indians. . . And shut down this fraud company. Complain to ins of their immigration scams. Btw, most first tier vendors in bay area dont like to work with tekforce. Tekforce has bunch of crooks who are, squeezing blood of hard working indians.

Not so good things about tekforce corp : i used to work for this company. You need to sign a contract for $25k. They will treat you so bad. They keep 10 guys in the guest house. It is worst than the any place you see on earth. Once you have a project they talk to you very sweetly. They wont pay on time. You will be at mercy of this stupid sandy singh. They wont give the h1b papers to you. Guys my sincere advice is stay away from this company asap.

My association with tekforce corp : someone called me offering me my h1. I want to know whether they actually give you the h1? They asked me to pay, but do they apply for you? I. E. Not so good things about tekforce corp : i was approached by the company. Somebody named archana contacted me. She was really ruid, looked like my boss was talking to me. . . Then she suddenly hung up the phone. . . Didn't even had the professionalism to say bye. If this the interraction of this company with consultants, then i guess it is very risky to trust them.

Good things about tekforce corp : na
Not so good things about tekforce corp : quite shady, asks money to process h1, once you land here asks for bond for 25000$, keeps you on bench for couple of months, dont pay on time. If you want to know who is this company, also check altsoft inc. On this site they are one and same company, it is run by same person named sandy singh. Hr never responds on time and very rude. Specially a person called leona. She will talk to you sweetly (As a matter of fact any hr person in this company) untll you land and report to office. Then after they will not even hasitate to call you dumb. Oh yes i forgot to mention best part yet. They will sue you if you leave company before 18 months. And for those 18 months (Siince project starts not from the day you land) and threaten you, rest is usual cooking up resume, false promises, rude behaviour etc are common across the board stay away

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I will surely recommend Tekforce for their good work.I have worked for Tekorce Corp/Calypso in the past. My experience was with them was good. I was looking for job after completing my masters and one of my friend who still is with Tekforce referred me to them. Yes they did ask me to sign an agreement with them, but that is same with most of the H1B companies in USA, I didn't mind because all I wanted was a Job. I primarily interacted with Sandy Singh and Zedrick Khan and they did help me get a job (though it took sometime) a little over a month. The HR her name is Vidhya was also very supportive. I had my share of disagreements with them on some issues BUT it were minor and I would say my overall experience with them was good. I got help from them when I needed the most and that all mattered to me. I'm a GC holder now (my wife is US citizen) and work fulltime. I just saw few reviews above I'm not sure if they are legit, all I can say is that make your own judgment guys. For me I did refer few guys to Tekforce and they have done just fine, I'd surely recommend Tekforce for their good work.

I had been associated with this organization for a while.. Am a fresher got trained in Java.. and placed me in apple at $35 an hour.. Which is a decent pay.. Trainer Sharad is awesome..

Very bad company with horrible way of paying their consultant. Most of them the sales managers are very rude with no work ethics.
Please stay away from them as much as you can. There is a guy called Sunny there, doesn't know how to talk to consultants and the CEO Sandy Singh when comes to paying consultant goes out of reach.
They should be closed long ago.

I have worked with the company for past 5 years they have direct client requirements and have been a consulting boutique firm.They manage job hinting for me while I get time to concentrate on building skills and making money.I tell them top five cities and companies I am willing to shift to and they do it for me.
