So, I ordered a shirt from Teeshirt21 back in September. Unfortunately, it got lost in the mail and I was pretty bummed about it. I decided to reach out to their customer service team and was put in touch with a representative named Grace. I have to admit, I was a bit frustrated at first because it took a while to get a response from her. But, after a few back and forth emails, we were able to figure out what happened to my order.

However, even after Grace assured me that my shirt would be re-sent, I still hadn't received anything after a few weeks. I decided to reach out to her again and was met with silence. I tried emailing a few more times, but still no response. At this point, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience and feel like I wasted my money.

I would caution anyone thinking about ordering from Teeshirt21 to think twice. While their products might look cool, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend buying from American companies instead, where you can be sure that you'll receive quality products and support if anything goes wrong.

Tom Seaver wasn't even alive in 1869 when they said he won his first Cy Young award. He was a World Champion in 1969, not 1989. This shirt is to celebrate his life. I've sent like 10 emails. When you call, they put you on hold right away for the rest of the day. It's a sham.

To make matters worse, my package did not arrive until January 2nd, well after Christmas. I was extremely disappointed with the delay and contacted Teeshirt21 twice to request a refund for the shipping charge. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them.

Feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience, I decided to take action and contacted the Federal Trade Commission to report the issue. Additionally, I contacted my bank to dispute the shipping charge.

Overall, I would not recommend Teeshirt21 to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient online store. The lack of communication and delay in shipping my order was a major inconvenience, and the fact that they did not respond to my requests for a refund only added to my frustration. If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience, I would suggest finding a different company to use.

I own a shop that does embroidery and I was thinking of getting some of the screenprint from Teeshirt21 to sell in my store. I decided to make a small test order of just two shirts for my son. When I placed the order, the website said that if I ordered by December 12th, I would get the shirts in time for Christmas. The shirts I ordered were listed as "In Stock" at the time of the order.

I checked the status of my order several times online up until December 22nd. The order status said "PRINTING". I thought that maybe this was just a cute term for getting the shirts ready and boxed, since the website did say that the shirts were "In Stock" when they charged my card on the 12th.

Finally, on December 22nd, the website said that the shirts had been shipped on December 12th. I figured that maybe the computer just didn't update properly. However, when I tracked the package on USPS, I found out that the shipping label wasn't even created until the 22nd. The estimated delivery date was December 28th.

I'm sure that Teeshirt21 will blame the delay on USPS, but the facts are the facts. They told me that they shipped the shirts on the 12th, but they didn't even create the shipping label until the 22nd. My son will be sad that he didn't get his Christmas present on time, but I'm glad that I didn't make a $10,000 purchase with a company that lies about a simple two-shirt order.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone to steer clear of Teeshirt21. Their shipping and order fulfillment process is unreliable and they don't seem to be honest about their shipping times. I would recommend finding another company to do business with.
