So, I was tryna get some new sweatshirts for the winter, and I stumbled upon Printed Kicks. I ordered two of 'em, but it's been a hot minute and I still haven't gotten my stuff. And to top it off, they took my money and won't even bother to respond to me. I'm starting to think this ain't even a legit company anymore, just some online scam. Don't waste your time or money on these jokers.

Printed Kicks ain't the best when it comes to customer service. I mean, I'm with the others who say that it's hard to get in touch with them. And when you do, all they offer is a discount for the next time you buy something. Like, seriously? I ain't interested in a discount for something I ain't even got yet. When I called their phone number, I was directed to a voicemail message that stated that no one was available to answer the phone and that I should email them instead. I have sent three emails to Printed Kicks, but I have only received an automated email response each time.

On their website, Printed Kicks suggests that customers reach out to them on Facebook, so I messaged them once on their Facebook page. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I am frustrated because I paid $65 for my hat and shirt, and I have no idea when they will arrive. I would appreciate it if Printed Kicks could provide me with an update on my order.
