Both TechOrbits [Irvine CA] and Amazon are refusing to make good on a defective battery that exploded inside my MacBookPro, which 100% destroyed it, per my Apple Support report.
Numerous attempts to have Amazon resolve this beyond the TechOrbits refund have hit a wall..
Four direct correspondence with TechOrbits have been ignored after the refund was issued. Their last message to me was ".. we will do nothing further. end of story." Yup - that's what the reseller told me.
Desired outcome: Compensation towards a new MacBookPro
