TechInTheBasket Mobile phone one plus

I have sent in hundreds of emails to these people/robots
And been on live chat hundreds of times, robot says wait an hour later and still waiting
But to no avail
But no one has ever come back to me
They say their products get sent from their manchester office... They dont even have one... Two uk phone numbers with answering machines on
Then they send me out a china model telephone which will never work in th we uk,
Scammers stay clear I have been trying to get them for over 18 month's now,
Got nowhere what a bunch of crooks

TechInTheBasket Nightmare Experience with TechInTheBasket - Refund and Replacement Woes

I'm telling you, I've been trying to get a refund or a new product from TechInTheBasket for days now, and they're not helping me at all. Every day, they send me an email saying "try clearing your cache or resetting your phone," but I've already tried that! It's like a never-ending game of email tag.

One of the emails they sent me really cracked me up. They said "our researchers have found that it's OK Google causing the problem." Uh, excuse me? I never even turned on OK Google, and my Google Audio and Voice settings are definitely turned off.

This is my first time buying from TechInTheBasket, and I gotta say, it's been a complete nightmare. Thank goodness for the Consumer Rights Act, though - they'll have to sort this out eventually. But honestly, why do they have to make it so hard to get a simple refund or replacement? I think I'll be sticking with Amazon from now on.

TechInTheBasket Terrible Customer Service and Repair Experience from TechInTheBasket - A Warning for Potential Customers

Got myself a phone from TechInTheBasket, but unfortunately I received it with a bug. I decided to send it back to them for a repair, but the result is that even after waiting for what it feels like an eternity, they still haven’t fixed it. I’m currently caught in an endless email conversation with them on the importance of me getting my phone back as soon as possible. It feels like my pleas haven't made it through to them at all, and their customer service is something to forget, so to speak.

The frustration I’ve been dealing with is beyond words, thinking that I paid for a phone that comes with a regular schedule for upkeep. In all honesty, it is unacceptable that three weeks have already passed, but they still failed to address the problem with my phone. It’s not even a quick and easy check-up by their end, which frustrates me even more.

Even worse, their customer service is probably one of the worst I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. The lack of empathy and basic understanding of their customers’ needs is disappointing. It’s plain to see that they’re unaware of the importance of providing quality service for customers like myself who trusted them to perform their job with utmost professionalism.

Honestly, I can't recommend anybody to take a chance on this company with the high level of unprofessionalism and service that they give. It’s a shame that a company like TechInTheBasket is not taking their customer service seriously.

TechInTheBasket Cautionary Tale: My Experience with TechInTheBasket

I recently purchased a Samsung S9+ from TechInTheBasket and allowed myself to be persuaded by the positive reviews left by other customers. At first, I was a little uneasy as I'd never bought from them before, but I figured there was a first time for everything and decided to give it a go.

Things started off well and I received my tracking number without any issues. I was informed that my package would be delivered on the 21st of May by DPD. However, the day passed and there was no sign of my parcel. I called both TechInTheBasket and DPD to find out what was happening, only to be told that my package had been mislaid somewhere along the delivery process.

This really frustrated me because I felt like I'd been left in the dark about what was going on. I thought it was strange that they had informed me of the expected delivery date when it was clear that they didn't know where my package was. When I asked about this, they stated that the automated system had generated the date without the product being physically present. I couldn't understand how this was possible and felt that they could have been more upfront about the situation.

To their credit, they did at least promise to keep me updated and claimed they would have more information within a day. However, 48 hours had passed and I still hadn't heard back from them. I decided that enough was enough and raised a claim through PayPal on the basis of their poor communication.

I'm still waiting for the case to be resolved but in the meantime, I would caution others about relying too heavily on the positive reviews. Whilst the end result could still be the same, I think it's important to approach any new online retailer with a healthy dose of scepticism.

TechInTheBasket TechInTheBasket Review: Disappointing Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I've recently made a purchase of some Air Pods from TechInTheBasket, which is a website that offers electronic products on the internet. After purchasing, I quickly received an email confirmation with a tracking number. At the time, it seemed fine, but when I looked back on it now, it seemed alarming that the email arrived so fast.

To my disappointment, I haven't received any updates after that initial email. Every time I tried to check the tracking number, an error message appeared that the number doesn't exist. I reached out to their customer service, and they didn't seem to know anything about it. Instead, they shifted the blame to Royal Mail, a familiar pattern based on other reviews.

Although the customer service team was prompt in responding, their efforts were in vain because my order didn't arrive as promised and was delayed indefinitely. I was initially informed that I would receive my order on a specific day, but I've been getting chased with another expected delay.

It's disheartening for me to have no confidence that TechInTheBasket will deliver my Air Pods because they haven't lived up to their promise. The only consolation is that I made my purchase through PayPal, which means I can get a refund if necessary.

TechInTheBasket TechInTheBasket Review: A Warning to Others - Deceptive & Fraudulent Company

So, I recently placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S9 plus from TechInTheBasket (techinthebasket.com). Unfortunately, when the package arrived about a week later, the phone box was empty! I was extremely disappointed and contacted the company right away. However, they stopped responding to my emails, which was very frustrating.

Luckily, I was able to get a phone number from the courier and called the company. But to my surprise, the phone number got re-directed and then disconnected. The phone number had a Manchester prefix, but the given address was a Postbox in Manchester, which was strange since it was not a legitimate company base. Also, the email address changed from .com to .deu, which is a Germany domain. Even though the company claimed to be based in Hong Kong, things started to look suspicious.

I was very upset and decided to take action. I reported to the police and also filed an ActionFraud report. Honestly, I cannot trust the 5-star feedbacks on their website, as it is possible that the company added false feedback to deceive people. This is absolutely dishonest.

After contacting Paypal, I found it shocking that they were processing payments for such fraudulent activities. I was stressed out because the phone was supposed to be a reward for working extra shifts.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. It is a big scam and will only cause you a lot of grief and anxiety.

TechInTheBasket Poor Customer Service & Refund Policy at TechInTheBasket - Not Recommended!

The customer service at TechInTheBasket is very poor, and I would not recommend them. If you happen to receive a faulty item, they will not refund you the full amount, and instead, they add some unnecessary charges that will make you regret your decision to buy from them. Even when they ask you to return the item for a refund, do not expect to receive your funds anytime soon. They might take up to three months to process your refund, and they will not provide updates on the progress of your refund. In my case, I waited for two months, and every email I sent to them received no response after five days.

After two months, they refused to give me a full refund, and I can safely say that they are liars. I will never buy from them again, and neither should you. Amazon is a better alternative when it comes to customer service. Their customer service is top-notch, and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. In summary, I gave TechInTheBasket a rating of zero out of ten.

TechInTheBasket The Nightmare of Dealing with TechInTheBasket: Poor Service and Incompetence

I have had an extremely poor experience with TechInTheBasket. I wanted to purchase a GoPro and decided to use their site to do so. I paid for the camera using my PayPal account, and after completing the transaction, I noticed that my old address had been used as the delivery address instead of my new one. This was an issue, so I promptly contacted TechInTheBasket to explain the situation and request that they update the shipping address.

To my relief, they confirmed by email that they had changed the delivery address to the correct one. However, the trouble did not end there. When I received the delivery email from TechInTheBasket with a reference number, I discovered that it was not recognized by Royal Mail. This raised red flags, and I became suspicious. To my absolute dismay, I received a second email saying that the parcel had been delivered to my old address.

I was livid. I contacted TechInTheBasket to voice my frustration about this massive delay and their incompetence. Although they apologized, I was told that I had to find the package myself, despite their mistake. They even had the gall to tell me that I should find out who lives at my old address! That was completely ridiculous! I sent them an email requesting a refund and asking them to deliver my goods to the correct address. But, to my disappointment, they ignored my request, so I now have to go through the hassle of having my money refunded by PayPal or my credit card company.

Overall, this has been a disastrous experience with TechInTheBasket. They have shown little regard for their customers, and their operations are evidently lacking. I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from this site to look elsewhere and avoid the headache of having to deal with their inadequate service. It is the perfect recipe for misery, and I hope that others will not have to endure what I had to go through.

TechInTheBasket Disappointing Experience with TechInTheBasket's Garmin Fenix 5X: A Warning for Buyers

I recently bought the Garmin Fenix 5X watch from TechInTheBasket, but I found out that it was a model intended for the Asian market and did not have any European maps. This was a huge disappointment as I had specifically bought it for use in Europe. Nevertheless, I contacted TechInTheBasket and they initially refused to admit their mistake.

It was only after I sent them a written statement from Garmin that they finally acknowledged their oversight. However, they still would not agree to return my money because I no longer had the original package. This was very frustrating as I felt like I had been duped into purchasing a product that did not meet my needs.

I decided to pursue a chargeback claim with my bank, and to my relief, they quickly refunded my money and also contacted PayPal to ensure that TechInTheBasket returned my money. However, this process took almost two months and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from TechInTheBasket.

Even after my ordeal, TechInTheBasket still lowered the price of the Garmin Fenix 5X watch, which raises questions about the authenticity and quality of their products. I believe that they are trying to rip people off with products that are not what they claim to be.

In conclusion, I had a terrible experience with TechInTheBasket and would never buy anything from them again. I advise anyone considering purchasing from them to tread carefully and be wary of their products.

TechInTheBasket Mixed Experience with TechInTheBasket: Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus Purchase Review

I recently made a purchase from TechInTheBasket and I must say, it was quite an experience! I wanted to get my hands on the Samsung Galaxy 20 Plus and found it on their website. I made the payment through PayPal as a safer option and after making the payment, I found out that the company was based in Hong Kong. My purchase cost me a whopping ?554.00 but I believed it would be worth it.

After eight days, I finally received my phone but the problems didn't stop there. The phone did not support 4G, it only worked on LTE and 3G. I tried resetting the phone, but it still would not pick up 4G. The phone came with a 3-pin adaptor for use in the UK, which was a plus but the battery life was shockingly bad. I even questioned if the phone was new, but I was informed it was. So, I requested a return and was provided with an email detailing where to send the phone. The address was based in the UK, so I sent it back using DPD.

Unfortunately, I had to pay ?40.00 for postage which included ?30.00 to cover for insurance. TechInTheBasket eventually refunded my money for the phone but did not compensate me for my postage costs. I was out of pocket but at least I learnt a valuable lesson.

I want to be honest about my experience with TechInTheBasket and while the phone did not meet my expectations, their customer service was responsive and they accepted my request for a return. However, I would hesitate to make another purchase from them if it meant dealing with return postage costs again. It may be better to buy within the UK, even if it costs a few extra pounds. Overall, I would say that TechInTheBasket has room for improvement.

TechInTheBasket TechInTheBasket Review: A Complete Disappointment with Terrible Customer Service and Long Delays

I have to say, my experience with TechInTheBasket was very disappointing. I thought I had found a good deal on a new phone and decided to take the plunge and place my order. Unfortunately, I soon realized that this was a mistake.

Like many others, I received a confirmation email, followed by a processing email with a tracking number that didn't seem to work. I tried to contact their customer service, but no one seemed willing to help. I was nervous, but I assumed that maybe there were some delays due to the pandemic.

However, after waiting for over a month and still not receiving my phone, I knew that something was very wrong. At this point, I decided to do some research on the company and I was horrified by what I found. TechInTheBasket had a terrible reputation online, with many unhappy customers complaining of similar issues to mine.

Despite their claims of offering fast shipping and excellent customer service, it was pretty clear that they weren't delivering on any of those promises. Some customers even reported receiving damaged or defective products, with no way to get a refund or replacement.

To make matters worse, when I finally managed to get in touch with their customer service, they were incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. They seemed to have no real solution to my problem and were just giving me the runaround.

In the end, I had to resort to filing a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. It was a stressful and time-consuming process, and I would definitely not recommend anyone to use this company.

In short, TechInTheBasket is a complete and total disappointment. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer that actually cares about their customers, look elsewhere. This company is not worth your time, energy, or money.
