Tech Support_Ja review: Membership

I signed up for a $1 that's what the add said did not mention anything about $46 so I was expected just the dollar out of my bank account. Then I looked at my account and seen where they took another $46 out of my account this all happened on monday 24th 2022 at 10:45. I did not authorize the $46. I canceled my membership immediately. I even talked to one of yours or their customer service and canceled the membership so I didn't use it but one time with no satisfaction. The girl said my membership was canceled. They couldn't help me and I didn't like the way the tech was talking about. So I would like my $46 refunded back to my bank account Please! I am unemployed with now only $15 in the bank I did have $66 in the bank so you see why I would not authorize for the $46?
