I hired Team DL to install my fence in March. Despite the bad weather, I was understanding. However, when the fence was completed, I noticed that the boards were spaced too far apart. Additionally, there were two 4x6 spaces at the bottom of the fence and a 6-inch layer of mud in the drainage ditch. To address the mud issue, I hired someone to bag it. In April, I reached out to ***/*** and they came to pick up the bags of mud. They assured me that they would fix the problems. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them.

On May 25th, I contacted Team DL again and spoke to Lisa. She promised to get in touch with ***/***. Lisa followed up with me about 10 times, asking if I had received a call from them. During one conversation, she mentioned that *** had just told her he would call me. However, I have not heard from ***/*** since April. At first, I thought Lisa and Team DL were being helpful, but now it has been over a month since she last contacted me.
