I purchased medicines online from Tata 1mg vide Invoice number V153N179739 dated March 30, 2022. For some reasons I returned two packs of a medicine. The company arranged reverse courier on April 24, 2022, assuring me that the refund of about Rs 670 will be deposited into my bank account within five days. I have still not received the refund, as of today, that is 30th May 2022. My phone calls, email messages, whatsapp messages are not answered.

I bought medicines online from Tata 1mg vide Invoice no. V1533N179739 dated 30 March 2022. For some reason I requested for return of two packs of a medicine. The company agreed and arranged reverse courier on 24 April 2022, assuring me that a refund of about Rs 670 will be made to me within five days. The company has not yet refunded my money. The company does not answer my phone calls, email messages, whatsapp messages.
