Tasty Yummy, Derby, Derbyshire review: Order made on 12.03.2022

I put order in online.. I kept phone near, as did my husband as both numbers on account. Order we made was based on our last delivered order.. site said would be with us at 18.20. At 18.45 my husband phoned TastyYummy, he was very rudely told we didn’t put our address on order, and that driver had tried to ring us. and Yummy employee put phone down. I checked both phones NO phone calls from driver or Yummy (I have screenshots to prove this).. I rang Yummy, told man it’s not first order delivered. He admitted that they had 26 Elm Grove. Allestree, Derby DE22…but not last 3 digits

1, I put that info in Google Maps and Satnav and both times it comes up with our address.

2, There is only ONE Elm Grove in DE22

3. The driver or Yummy DID Not try to ring us

4. We have had orders delivered here before thru Uber.. no issues

5. when I rang Yummy, I was told they were now ‘too busy’ to deliver order

And phone was put down on me too. (in other words they’d eaten it).

I do not wish to pay for this order as it was drivers fault it was not delivered.

I will take this issue as far as I can
