spoke to TAP today (18th May 22) We have received these vouchers and TAP agreed to extend the validity to July 22. For refund they asked us to contact you.

Please help, we are Sr citizens (age 66 and 61) We got COVID in Jan 22 and are dealing with elevated Blood pressure and Diabetes, and our health is such that we cannot travel in the near future. We are under treatment Please therefore help us with the refund of fare of the cancelled flights due to the pandemic
