Talent Worldwide / TopCV review: Executive priority plus

I purchased the EPP service at the end of December 2024. I have not received all my purchased services and what I have received has been poor and generic. I reached out about my disappointment and was told that I would be given a more tenured writer. This upset me because I purchased the top tier service. I expressed my disappointment and was disregarded. I searched for more information on the company and found poor reviews telling my exact story. I was told I would receive a refund but believe I have been tricked into ending a dispute with my credit company. TopResume/CV now says they will only refund a fraction of the total. I am having a hard time attaching audio files.
