On August 10, 2019. I've contacted TaikoCat: Art by Yurika Chiba abou not receiving a t-shirt and an art piece. It is a business located in San Jose's Japan town and is run by Yurika. They have not replied to my inquiry. Talk bout terrible customer service. I probably won't recommend them to anyone. I believe the entire thing is a scam. I think they should do what is right, issue a full refund back to me.
I had contacted the person's business abou not receiving my product. But no one answered. I will not recommend this business to anyone. Rip off!

This negative comment is either a bot or a scam itself - it somehow managed to hack my FB account and post itself on my page. Please ignore this fake complaint - Yurika Chiba is as honest, talented and fantastic as they come.
This review is very surprising. She is always very responsive and very professional. Are you sure you bought at her store? How did you tried to contact her? Email, Facebook? Website? Also, why make a complaint as anonymous? To be honest, your complaint is what sounds more like a scam to me. An attempt to damage someone’s integrity and business.

TaikoCat is as legitimate as they come. It’s much more likely that the person complaining had a typo in their communication info. Maybe they should try reaching out again rather than post public complaints.
This review doesn't make any sense. The artist is very genuine, caring, with a lot of integrity. If it's even a legit complaint, the problem was likely with the contact info or website, not the artist.
I have purchased from Yurika Chiba before and she is always responsive, accommodating when possible, and helpful about questions with her merchandise! I have met her in person at her various booths in Taiko conferences and she is very friendly and sincere. This 1-star review is very puzzling to me.
