The product was first offered by a company called neracye. I ordered it. They say it was delivered. It Never was. I showed them proof that the usps never took possession of the package. They offered to send a replacement. The replacement was supposedly delivered. To Rochester New York. I live in California. They offered me a partial refund which I have still not received. They told me to order it through another company. I found one. Tabilta. Their tracking says it was delivered. IT WAS NOT! I'm seeing it now being advertised through another company. Same ad same price same bs. I would advise Pintrest to discontinue these ads selling laser etching machines. They are a fraud and a rip off out of China. They claim the delay is delivery is due to customs problems and they never deliver the product. Please discontinue these ads so other people don't get ripped off like I did. I'm disabled, on a fixed income and was hoping to use the equipment to supplement my income. Instead, I'm out over 100 dollars and have no recourse.
Please stop these internet thieves from hurting anyone else!

Desired outcome: I would love to receive the product I paid for. If not, get my money back. But I'm not going to hold my breath. Blue isn't my color.
Purchased beds from this company advertising on your website. They took my money but never shipped my product. When I tried to contact them through email, I get an automated reply stating that a ticket has been created but no actual correspondence. This is the 3rd time i've been ripped off by a company advertising on your website. It make one wonder if you're getting a kickback from these companies. One company disappears and their website shuts down only to have another one with the same advertising pop up and do it all again. This happened to me originally with a company called hang wei plutogdx with a laser etcher. They didn't ship, blamed it on customs inspections and then offered to refund part of my money. Which has still not been received. They told me to try to purchase through another company. I did. Same result. And now the raised garden beds. Same thing. Are they paying you to advertise their phony merchandise? If so then you're complicit.
I no longer trust any of the advertisers on your website. I will not be utilizing it for any purchases in the future. You have no avenue for compensation or compliance of your advertisers and I couldn't be more disappointed.
I'm a disabled man on a fixed income and I was hoping to use the etching equipment to supplement my meager income. The raised garden beds were going to be used to grow some food in this rough economy. What are my options? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
