Our roof was replaced in 2 weeks from the time I filed a claim with my insurance company. They met with the Insurance Adjuster when he arrived at my house to ensure everything was thorough, The crew did a great job. Very meticulous with their clean up after they finished. The Operations Manager, Jay was very helpful with assisting us in picking out the right shingles and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Jay was also able to negotiate additional money for the claim aside from the roof. The new roof looks great and we are very satisfied with it.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Right from the start Tony and Dave were very helpful with the assessment and how the process will work. Very proactive with keeping us informed on the progress. Additional damage on the roof was also fixed. The crew was fantastic. Everything was done in a day even though the weather was super hot, almost 95. Even the foreman, Michael, gave us his contact details in case we needed any help. Everyone was always reachable and responsive throughout the process. We could not be more satisfied with how things went. Excellent job. Above and beyond service. Highly recommended.

Thank you T-10 construction! We had a unique situation with t-10 construction regarding our insurance claim with respect to the sale of our home. All work that was done on our home was completed during a purchase agreement with the sale of our home. Their experience in the business made this transition effortless. They completed all work in a very short time frame so that it was all done before new home owners were in home. We can't thank you guys enough for that. New Roof, siding, fascia, windows was replaced on home in 10 days. Home looked amazing! Thanks again Jay, Nate, and everyone at T-10 construction. True Professionals!

Initially, I worked with Tony Villalobos and Dave who inspected my roof for damage. They then explained the claim process to me and it followed exactly as they explained it. Once the insurance company approved the roof, T-10 was very responsive and jumped on getting our roof replaced within a week. The crew was hard working and was able to replace it in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up the old shingles and debris. It's so nice to have the roof ready for the winter season. Tony was great to work with, I liked his can-do attitude and enthusiasm. T-10 was communicative throughout the process and good to work with. I give a hearty recommendation to Tony, Dave and the T-10 team!

T-10 Construction Company was great to work with. Jason was our point of contact and he was extremely helpful in working with my insurance company. He always responded to my calls and texts in a prompt and helpful manner. We had a short time frame to complete the entire process as we were selling our house. Jason and Jay, the owner, worked hard to get everything accomplished in a very short period of time and we were able to sell our house without this hanging over our heads. The work quality was also great as the roofers were very careful not to damage our flowers and they cleaned up very nicely after themselves. I very highly recommend T-10 Construction as their work far exceeded my expectations.

T-10 was simply great to work with. They came, figured out the issues, took care of the paperwork and did the roof repair. Here's the thing and why I recommend T-10, no hassles and incredible work. I saw them do a house next door to me in one day. I was amazed. They did our house in one day. They were clean, neat, fast, on time, professional, respectful. Another company came and tried to get the job but they were not successful with my insurance company where T-10 was. Several other homes in the neighborhood have had roofs replaced. The ones by T-10 all done professionally in one day, the rest multiple days and some into weeks! We struggled to decide on the shingles. I found one on a building in another city. T-10 actually drove there and took pictures to prove they went there and told me what the shingles were, they turned out to be exactly what we wanted. This company does roofing well and is worth you considering. I have recommended them to others and would again.

Jay Smith and his guys recently completed a fairly large storm repair project on my house that involved three different crews replacing my roof, rewrapping windows and replacing all my downspouts, and replacing a door on my shed and a roof on my gazebo. The job was made more complicated because Jay had ship the gazebo parts here from Canada. Throughout the job, Jay did everything he could to facilitate my repair by working with the insurance adjuster, explaining the process to me, expediting my repair and keeping me informed to the best of his ability about the status of my gazebo shipment. I was very impressed with all three of the T-10 crews. They were hard working, thorough and I really felt that they were competent and intent on doing a good job. I was also impressed with how personable some of them were—unfortunately, I didn't get all of their names, but I want to send a shout out to Jay himself and his carpenter, Brent Johnson for being very enjoyable to work with!

T-10 was in our community and we asked them to do an evaluation of our roof. Less than a week later Jay was meeting with our adjuster to evaluate the damage and assisted us in making a claim. During the process, Jay and Nate met with us and were very approachable, patient, and thorough in answering our questions and concerns. They discussed with us the difference in the manufacturers and style of shingles. It was but a short time later the construction crew was tearing off the old shingles and putting on the new. The crew was fantastic. Polite. Hard working. And willing to answer any questions we had. They also assisted us in a couple of other items that needed to be taken care of. As the job was coming to an end, we really appreciated how meticulous they were in cleaning up. Every day while they were working on the roof, Jay or Nate called to make sure everything was going well and asked if we had any questions. Right through to the final pick up of the debris and final inspection, T-10 was great and we would highly recommend them for your roofing project.

I noticed a few moisture spots on my ceiling. T-10 Construction inspected my roof and found hail damage. I called my insurance company, who sent out an adjuster. T-10 met the adjuster and guided them through the damaged areas on my roof. The claim was approved and T-10 scheduled me the same week. A dumpster was delivered to my driveway on a Thursday, late in the afternoon. The team came early Friday morning: they positioned drop cloths around my property, tore off the old shingles, laid protective sheeting, installed upgraded modern multi-colored shingles, updated all the roof fixtures and color matched them to the new shingles, and with the extra shingles left over from the last bundle - they updated my dog house roof in the back yard to match my home. The crew cleaned up nicely, using special tools to pick up any metal bits. They were utterly respectful and polite. The entire project was completed in a single day. T-10 coordinated with my insurance carrier and the process was effortless on my end. I'm not sure what they could have done to improve the process, as it seems they have already thought of everything.

As an insurance adjuster myself I deal with a lot of contractors "most not so good" and I had never dealt with T10 prior to this. They were just doing some roofs in my neighborhood and stopped by to say hi and if I needed anything to give them a call. No high pressure sales job. Thank God. Professionally I wish I would get a job that they are doing. They know the business inside out and are very fair,easy and ethical to deal with. This was a overall great experience. From the initial inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster and then the final product. Great company to do business with. Very professional and subs did an outstanding job! They took all precautions to protect the surrounding areas and cleaned up all the mess afterwards and I mean spotless. Also checked with me prior to leaving that all was satisfactory and if needed anything else. They also spoke very highly of T10. which is rare of a sub to do. I put weight on that. T10 treats there people right! And that's a company I want to do business with. Happy employees = better job overall. And it shows. Extremely satisfied. I am glad I put my trust into them and they exceed my expectations. There are very few contractors out there with the integrity that I saw in T10. I would highly recommend to anyone. Ramsey, MN First and foremost; Excellent Service, Craftmanship with great Follow-up & Follow-thru, Jay went up and beyond to provide the best service possible A+++++ Roofing; Provided multiple selections of materials and vendors to choose from. The process was quick and painless, the dumpster was delivered promptly on the date expected, materials showed up the following morning on-time and the workers followed there after. The work was practically completed and cleaned up within that day until the late rain shower and was finished the following day. The dumpster was then removed the following day. Siding; The siding was a more difficult task due to the insurance company however this is where T10 shined, stepped up and assisted. We all know dealing with the insurance companies can be challenging, between the two of us we were able to get the major damage covered and replaced which in the original walk through with the agent was denied. After my pursuit with the insurance company and T10's assistance we were able to get the so-called over-sight covered. Also note the timing of this project was in the mist of the China-Virus unleashed onto society, so obstacles were even more challenging. Again, overall this was a very positive experience with T10 Construction, definitely recommend and look forward in using them for future needs.

I am so pleased with the new roof from T-10. I have a sloped driveway, so they backed up the debris trailer up to the garage to fill it half-full of tear off debris and then moved the debris trailer down on the street and wheelbarrowed all the remaining tear off debris down to the trailer on the street so that they did not pull down my sloped driveway with a heavy full trailer that most surely would have dragged a mark near the bottom of the driveway, so I very much appreciated their concern for my property. Also, the week prior I had new hydro mulch grass seeded much of my lawn right up some areas of the house and the crew performed their work with extreme care to prevent any damage or trampling of the hydro mulched area which I very much appreciated. They also were exceptional at cleaning up after the job. I took my own pictures throughout various phases of the project which I showed in addition to the photos T-10 provided for the building permit approval. When the city inspector showed up to review the completed project I showed all the photos I took as well and the inspector stated T-10 went above and beyond building codes with ice shield distance from roof edge as well as using many other upgraded materials over the basic building code requirements--which is how Tony V. from T-10 told me they would do and they did it! They also handled all the interactions with my insurance company after my initiating the initial claim for hail damage, which was super nice that I could step back away from that necessary background work. Kudos to Tony and Dave and the crew that put on my new roof. Outstanding and highly recommend T-10!

From Mike F in Eagan... T10 Construction did a great job replacing the roof on our house ! From the initial call to the final clean up, Skip the site coordinator, kept us informed at every step of the way on progress with calls, texts and emails as needed. Skip first walked us through the claims process and what to expect from the insurance company; who we would interact with, payment and final settlement. He then worked with us to pick out replacement roof shingles and got the order set up. We were then updated on when to expect the pallets of shingles and other roof replacement parts to arrive. We were even given a paper copy of the timeline with a description of each step. Everything came as scheduled . T10's home office folks also sent out periodic updates about the schedule as well The crew showed up in full force on the scheduled day. They laid out tarp around the house to catch any debris , screws and other lose roofing. They we're very professional and made sure we we're okay with what was going on stopping by a couple of times to let us know where they were at. They pretty much replaced the roof in one day on our full two story home. The new shingles with the architectural 3 dimensional look are fabulous...color matches our house perfectly. The crew cleaned up most of what they could the same day until it got too dark. They came back and finished up early in the morning. They hauled away the dumpster where the old shingles went. They do leave some shingle packs for a couple days after, until everyone is satisfied the roof is done via inspection . They then picked up that remaining pallet up after a few days. The grounds around the house look just like no one had been here...other than the new roof ! I highly recommend using T10-Construction and will be calling them again if I need any other major house work done

I ABSOLUTELY recommend T-10 Construction! Nate Smith provided EXCELLENT customer service! He provided precise and detailed information on the analysis of our roof damage. He was very friendly, he always answered his phone when I called, he was not pushy or overbearing, and his professionalism was OUTSTANDING! Nate provided great information on all steps that would be applicable for roofing our home. I was very impressed that Nate drove several hours just to be at our home when our insurance adjuster came to evaluate our roof damage/claim. The T-10 Construction Crew did an excellent job on our roof! They definitely had expertise in their roofing procedure and they worked non-stop until the roofing job was completed. The crew did a FANTASTIC job covering up plants or moving plants to prevent any damage that might occur while roofing. The crew's cleanup process of the roofing materials, nails, etc. was also TOP NOTCH! We live in a townhouse. Our roof suffered hail and wind damage. An elderly woman lives on the other side of our townhouse. Both my house insurance adjustor and Nate also analyzed her roof damage. They both concluded that her roof had even more damage than my roof, however, unfortunately her house insurance denied her claim. I was so IMPRESSED that Nate went back to her home and said he felt that her house insurance company wrongly denied her claim and he suggested that she could get a mediator involved, who would also analyze her roof damage and who be involved in her appeal of her claim denial. Nate took care of all the steps involved and T-10 Construction also told her they would split the mediator cost with her! She was so very grateful that Nate and T-10 Construction were willing to go over and above and try to help her get her claim approved. Overall, on a 1-10 scale I would definitely rate T-10 Construction a 10!
