Sylvan Homes review: Absolute scam!!

We applied to a House and were approved (Through Findigs-Sylvan uses this company for approvals) for this location and we were told that a leasing agent would reach out. No one ever reached out and I had to call everyday to get someone on the phone for them to tell me the house we were approved on was already taken a couple days before us. So not only did they already have someone committed and approved. They took our money for the fees and RAN OUR CREDIT FOR NOTHING! Absolutely a scam of a business!
